Directly from the very beginning of this thread:

➔ There will be a total of 200 numbers. 50 of these are tagged with RP prizes and one with an award. For each set of 20 numbers there are 5 RP prizes available. All the other numbers are tagged with Burn'Chips. The basic amount of numbers that will be drawn is also 50 or 1/4 of the total.

So only 50 numbers will be drawn, unless people pool together their "Burn Chips" for a random re-draw (random person, random number; a 51st draw, if you will)
