Finally!!! WE OUTCHA!!! The game ya mans been anticipating just as much as Uncharted LOL and I have A LOT to say about this game. It's been a long wait ever since that beta because not a day went by that D.VA wasn't coming across a brova's mind loves.

I mean I bet we all had our favorite characters we couldn't wait to get our hands back on once that game released LOL But let's just get right into this long ass review.

If you aren't familiar with Overwatch lore here is the story from the wiki.
"The story of Overwatch starts in a highly fictionalized version of future Earth, where humans and robots known as the Omnics existed together. The peace did not last; the omniums producing the omnics went rogue and began constructing militarized robots to stage an uprising. To fight back, the United Nations found the most elite soldiers from around the world and formed the peacekeeping force known as Overwatch.
Their job was to save earth from the rogue omnics, which they did quite successfully. Over the next 30 years, Overwatch grew to be a vast coalition of the world's top soldiers and scientists. Though it was revered across the planet, as time went on accusations of human rights abuses and internal conspiracy tore the organization apart. Now, with terrorism rampant, inequality commonplace, and corrupt companies unchecked, one thing is clear: the world needs heroes."
Would like to mention that there isn't a story mode. So going into this game I had always thought there was going to be one which nulled my first impressions slightly. Though the multiplayer is very addictive, it still lacks that inovation that a story mode would have brought out. Especially since they did so well with the cinematic trailers. It's a shame that they decided to make it so shallow and throw you into the game. They do say that there is a story hidden within the dialogue but after 10 hours of gameplay, I have yet to find anything LOL
First thing to be addressed here are the heroes. There are 21 heroes (With more being promised through free updates) And they all play in their own unique ways. Through pressing the triangle key you do their special. And with L1 and R1 you use there timed moves. This was an amazing feature and really gave each character their own breath of fresh air, allowing for the game to feel a lot more dynamic than your casual FPS. Which in my opinion is this most positive aspect of this game. Now even though these characters have there own traits. Some characters traits... NEED TO BE NERFED IMMEDIATELY!!! HOW COME EVERY DAMN MATCH!!! SOMEONE HAS TO PICK BASTION AND GO ON A DAMN TURRET SPREE KILLING 30 PEOPLE IN A DAMN ROW!!!!

Okay now that I'm done ranting about one of the most annoying characters in an FPS EVER. I want to address this Overwatch female.... issue LOL Now to be honest when I first found out about Overwatch it was through a wallpaper site. I say a pic of Tracer in her iconic ass post and to be honest... I downloaded the hell out that shit LOL Man the ass was fat and I was like GOOD GOBB!!! But once the open beta came out I had forgotten Tracer's name and to be honest just wanted something to play while my other games downloaded in the background. Now I understand people love to hype this negativity up but to be honest this gameplay really defends this game. I mean yea you can preach how damn good looking these characters look all day but to be honest there are worst games out there that have you playing volleyball and having *** with strippers in cars. So if you want to complain about something with female characters. GO COMPLAIN TO THOSE DEVS!!! And leave Overwatch alone. Also Blizzard the Overwatch adult films are not going to stop being made. As much as you attempt to rid the internet of them they will always be out there.
Now if we look at the gameplay... you will see a lot of chaotic and different shit off the back LOL This ain't your everyday average FPS famo!
This is VERY team based, so if someone on your team is afk or is garbage or you don't have a DAMN MEDIC QHICH SHOULD BE COMMON SENSE TO HAVE ONE EVER MATCH OR YOU WILL LOOOOOOSE!!! Then prepare to have a bad match filled with quick deaths.
Now each match is set up in the following ways.
Assault: The attacking team is tasked with capturing two target points on the map, while the defending team must stop them.
Escort: The attacking team is tasked with escorting a payload to a certain delivery point before time runs out, while the defending team must stop them. The payload vehicle moves along a fixed track when any player on the attacking team is close to it.
Assault/Escort: The attacking team has to capture the payload and escort it to its destination, while the defending team tries to hold them back.
Control: Each team tries to capture and maintain a common control point until their capture percentage reaches 100%. This game mode is played in a best-of-three format.
To be honest the most difficult way is being on the offensive side. Because of characters like Bastion, all you need is a medic and you pretty much have the payload in one spot for the entire match. The only way to fight against a strategy like this is to make sure your team is on the strong offensive side. Which means you'll have to pick your heroes wisely.
The game is pretty strategic when the spamming OP character Bastion and Mei aren't in play. So for ANYONE saying this game is easy. Try not using Bastion or Mei and actually play the game like a MLG pro you filthy casual scrub.
Now on to the Team Fortress 2 comparisons.
Now as you can see the game borrows heavily from the objectives but everything else from the heroes to the smooth gameplay is completely original. So to be honest I really don't see were these negative comments are coming from. Either you just aren't having fun with the game yourself, you're mad you can't afford it, or you're so hyped up by Uncharted 4 that you're bashing the game because it's not Uncharted 4 man I don't know. You can't just bash a multiplayer experience because it is similar to another older experience. This is it's own entity and it's sad you haters want to sit around and hate on every new IP to come out but you know what I have to ask. Don't you ever get tired of complaining about little shit like this???

**** these LootBox's b. Like I'm COMPLETELY against microtransactions. Which is why I refuse to pay money for any mobile game. Now out of curiosity I watched AngryJoe buy 50 boxes for science purposes. And let me explain to you how much bullshit this entire LootBox is.
"In Overwatch (as in many Blizzard games), different colors are associated with different item qualities. Blue is rare, purple/pink is epic, and orange/yellow is legendary. These colors will appear in several locations throughout the game — even unopened Loot Boxes will glow in a color, though the items within might not correspond with said color."
Now when you buy a game you are usually paying 60 bucks. We paid 60 bucks for a multiplayer only title. now not only are we limited to one skin from the get go. We are also given bullshit microtransaction and the only way to actually unlock things is buying them with coins, which you earn through these LootBox's. These are the things you can earn through these box's.
Player Icons – Customize your player profile with an icon reflecting your favorite character, ability, Blizzard game, and more.
Skins – Dress for success with new looks for all 21 heroes, including rare color variations and legendary skins such as Safari Winston or Punk Tracer.
Emotes – Taunt your enemies and cheer on your allies with a series of new in-game emotes (default: C).
Sprays – Make your mark on the battlefield with graffiti-like sprays based on heroes, maps, logos, and more (default: T).
Voice Lines – Chat up your fellow players variety of new voice lines available through the communications wheel (default: C).
Victory Poses – Strike a pose and tailor how your hero appears in your team’s photo finish.
Highlight Intros – Add a little flair to your Plays of the Game with special animated introductions for each hero.
Let's all be honest here. The only thing we care about in these boxes are Skins. So when you buy a LootBox, I would expect that you are promised at least ONE Rare or Legendary Skin. OH NOOOOOOOOO!!! That would be way to much of your money's worth. Instead, when Angry Joe went through those boxes he only got 6 skins. Six. Skins. And let me also go into the skins in full detail. Each skin starts off at the low price of 75 coins. Then 250. Lastly 1000. Now with the 75 point skins, they aren't anything special which in my opinion is okay with me. Basically they are just different colors of your original skin.

But once you get into the 250's and 1000's, some of these skins are just color copies of each other, which for the time and money spent playing this game. Is unacceptable Blizzard.

Either add more skins or make them more accessible.
To finish this off I want to say that this could have been a much better game had there been a story mode. Without it you're left wondering what exactly each hero had went through to get to Overwatch. You don't really feel all that attached to your character besides their personality traits that shine out. The gameplay is addictive and the graphics really do shine. Though there is a load of fun to be had there needs to be more updates to keep this one alive Blizzard. You already have haters saying this is going to be Battlefront all over again solely because it's multiplayer only. What you have to do is add more features and prove them wrong, but for now this game is pretty decent but is lacking in many departments. I would recommend the multiplayer over Uncharted multi, but all in all Uncharted is the better game this month no doubt about it.
