“You’ve returned…” Gin says as Peter, Naruto, Hinata and Sakura appear from a light blue portal that shines bright against Gins silver skin beginning to dim as the portal closes.
“I apologize for asking so much of you but… we need your help once more Gin.” Naruto says. Gin sits upon his surf board his arms crossed as he slowly turns moving closer to Naruto.
“No need for an apology. What is it you need Naruto?” Gin says.
“We need you to train us again… Make us as strong as you possibly can. Well at least one of us preferably Naruto…” Peter says.
“Why not you Parker?” Gin asks. Peter looks away and ruffles his hair sighing in frustration.
“You know why Gin… anyways Naruto needs to face Sasuke so to do that he needs to be that strong.” Peter says.
“Heh, you really want to kill yourselves don’t you? How strong are we talking exactly? Name a person of that level of whom you want to achieve.” Gin says as he stands to his feet atop his surfboard.
“Galactus. More powerful than even him.” Peter says.
“You have gone insane. That cosmic power has somehow weakened your mind!” Gin says thumping Peter head.
“This isn’t a joke Gin. Can you do it or not?” Sakura asks. Gin grins and shakes his head as he steps from his surf board and turns it into a large disc.
“Come with me.” Gin says as the all step onto the disc that begins traveling into the stars.
“I’m going to take you to Galactus. There we will do something that I had hoped that we’d never have to do… deep down I… I knew it’d be done one day… since the day Peter left from this place I knew. He would be back for more. This power once someone gets it they have this craving…. I never thought it would happen to you all.” Gin says.
“It isn’t a craving Gin we need this to save our planets.” Peter says.
“I know it’s just… I don’t want you all to die because you can’t handle this strength. So I want you all to listen to every word I say when we are extracting this power. I will give you a magic seal to attempt to ease the transition, since this is for a good cause, the Gods may help us.” Gin says.
“Wait a second Gin… extracting what power?” Peter asks.
“The rest of the power from Galactus. You will all do this bit by bit as the energy will be a heavy burden on you.” Gin says.
“We’re already super durable so… it can’t be that bad.” Hinata says.
“It will be my dear… It will be.” Gin says as the disc lands on top of The Galactus Asteroid. They all step from the disc and begin to walk towards the extraction cave.
“I’m tired of having to look at this place. Taking this man’s power. This needs to be the last time.” Peter says.
“I know it’s hard to bear it but do you have any other choice Peter?” Gin says.
“Let’s just get it over with Peter. If we train here just one last time we won’t have to worry about anyone destroying what we care for. Your city. My village. Everything will be just as it needs to be. Safe.” Naruto says.
“How can you be so sure? We have even more villains out there just hoping, praying they get another shot at us. You think they won’t deliver on their promises?” Peter says.
“Who would dare to face you three after this? This is the final phase in your training for sure. After this I have nothing else to offer you all. Peter this is my last gift for your forgiveness.” Gin says.
“I understand. But we need to get even more powerful than Galactus. If we’re just taking the remaining energy that just won’t do.” Peter says.
“I know. What we will do after you take his power is seek other celestials. Take theirs as well. By acts of conversation or becoming heralds for them of course.” Gin says.
“So you’re expecting us to become heralds of other guys like Galactus!?” Peter asks.
“No not at all. There are better Celestials out there. Ones that can be persuaded into doing the right thing I’m sure of it. Then we have Thanos here who doesn’t look as if he will be needing his cosmic power anytime soon.” Gin says.
“He barely has any left after Tony took his energy from him for those missiles though.” Sakura says.
“Ah that’s right I had nearly forgotten. This old age is finally getting to me.” Gin says beginning to cough.
“Yea soon you’re gonna need to turn that surfboard into a wheelchair haha.” Peter says.
“Indeed, may need to create a cane as well. Jokes aside we need to get to moving. God knows how fast time will be moving there and we don’t want you to return to a bloody massacre.” Gin says as they enter the cave.
“Well Naruto. You first.” Peter says. As Naruto sends a lightning bolt from his palm through the cave and hits Galactus beginning to take energy from him. Gin scowls looking down as Naruto screams in pain.
“And the everlasting war continues.”
2 Months Later
Naruto sits atop The Galactus Asteroid Meditating as Hinata approaches him with her head turned away to the right.
“Um… Peter said that we should all pick training partners so I was wondering…”
“Oh we’re picking partners now!? Where’s Peter so we can train!?” Naruto says jumping to his feet.
“Well… he’s training with Sakura at the moment so…”
“Ah… I see… well that’s alright you’re an amazing training partner I bet!” Naruto says making Hinata smile and blush.
“Well let’s first freshen up our cosmic senses. See if you can sense Thanos.” Naruto says. Hinata closes her eyes and her byakugan activates as she looks across planets and past stars finally finding Thanos who is on a barren desert planet surrounded by purple lightning.
“He’s on some sort of desert planet right?” Hinata asks.
“Damn you got it on the first try!? It took me an hour just to find him!” Naruto says.
“Ha, guess you’re going to need some more practice then.” Hinata says making Naruto laugh.
“Alright so what’s next?”
Naruto stares at Hinata’s air ignoring her question and she looks away.
“Don’t…. stare at me like that.” Hinata says.
“You got a red hair in your head.” Naruto says plucking the hair and showing her.
“Oh my…” Hinata says grabbing the hair.
“Ah, it’s probably nothing. So next it the ability to transport ourselves to the point we want to go to in an instant. That means as fast as possible without dashing or anything. Just solid teleporting.” Naruto says as he gives a thumbs up and disappears.
“What!? Naruto! Naruto!” Hinata says as she activates her byakugan and teleports to Thanos’ location to find Naruto looking up at the TSB that Thanos is trapped inside.
“One person. One… alien changed our entire lives. Heh.” Naruto says turning to look at Hinata who stares at Thanos in anger.
“You’re mad at him aren’t you?” Naruto asks.
“He killed Kiba… and so many others… I can’t explain the feelings with words. They’d only insult the amount of anger I feel towards him.” Hinata says her head faced towards the ground.
“I understand…. But in the end we beat him. Though to call it revenge is farfetched. It was the only thing we could do as the good guys. Lock him away and hope for the best.” Naruto says.
“Haha, you always where more compassionate about things like this.” Hinata says laughing.
“Yea but I know how to handle what needs to be dealt with when it comes to it. I need you to know that Hinata.” Naruto says putting his hand on her shoulder.
“I… I know…” She says blushing.
“Alright now let’s go back.” Naruto says teleporting them both back to The Galactus Asteroid.
“You think we should practice our cosmic attacks now?” She asks.
“Nah it might disrupt the Asteroid. Best to wait until Gin is ready for us to start straining ourselves anyways. Like he said. Mental and emotional capabilities first.” Naruto says siting down and crossing his legs beginning to meditate.
“Right…” Hinata says sitting next to him.
“Naruto Uzumaki.”
Naruto jumps awake standing to his feet to find the asteroid no longer purple but black. He looks up seeing a tall purple giant towering above him. The giant wears purple armor that shines brightly as it’s energy courses through its innards.
“What in the… hell are you?” Naruto asks.
“I am the person you got your cosmic power from. The person whom gave you everything you fight so hard to possess. If not for me you would not have this passion. If not for me you’d be dead. As dead as I shall be soon enough.” Galactus says.
“What do you mean? You’re still alive this asteroid is still full of energy.” Naruto says.
“But 20 years from now my body will not be.” Galactus says lowering his size to 7 feet.
“Why did you all take this from me? What is your reason for letting me starve in my comatose state? Allowing me to starve even faster by taking my energy? Tell me. Why?” Galactus says. Naruto scowls at Galactus and tightens his fist.
“To protect everything I love.” Naruto says. Galactus looks up at the stars crossing his arms as he begins to speak.
“Love. A reason for which I cannot argue with. I did not know of it until a piece of me was in every one of you. Giving your all to fight for everything like that it was… something I had not felt since before I was rebirthed. A rebirth I had not known of until my near death experiences. Me the destroyer of worlds. Feeling. It was as foolish as it was sickening. But I kept finding myself in a complete understanding. Finding myself looking back at what I once had and someone I had once… loved…”
“You’re a destroyer so you can survive. But is it really worth it. This destroying?” Naruto asks.
“Of course it is. I’d destroy this entire universe if it meant my immortality. Though I am nothing but speeches now so nothing I say plays any part in what happens next. But death showed me something about you… you… Naruto Uzumaki are a savior. Revive me.”
“Are you out of your mind!? I’d never revive someone like you. You’d just go off killing again. Destroying entire planets just to go off and destroy even more. Destroying for the sake of destroying has ceased.” Naruto says.
“You have misunderstood me. I meant restore me back to my previous form. The one I was a custom to before I became… this. I would be completely harmless and if need be you can keep me under watch at all times.” Galactus says.
“But why… why do want to come back?” Naruto asks.
“So I can feel the same way you do about the woman sitting next to you.” Galactus says. Naruto looks down to see Hinata appear beside him, meditating.
“I cannot create life. Though I promise to find a way to restore you back to your old form of being.” Naruto says.
“You are truly…” Galactus blinks his eyes allowing a single tear to fall from his right eye.
“A man of honor. I will tell you this thing. This thing will change the events that will transpire throughout the future. I didn’t plan on telling you this instead I was gloating at the fact I knew this thing and you all did not. But for your sake and the sake of everything you love. I will tell you this thing.” Galactus says.
“Alrighty then. What is it?”
“There is a way to make yourselves more powerful than I, what you will need to do is connect a lightning stem from you, to me, to everything in this entire Negative Zone. Once you have a touch on everything you pull the energy from it. And through me, who will go through a humongous amount of strain, you will gain more power than you could ever imagine. 10 times more powerful than I.” Galactus says.
“This sounds like a trick to revive you. The cosmic energy is passing through you of course.” Naruto says.
“But I am in a coma. The only thing that I will feel is pain. I am not able to handle that kind of power and for you to be able to you will have to go into your celestial forms.” Galactus says.
“Celestial forms?” Naruto asks.
“You create celestial armor around you. You all have the knowledge to do it. Because I have it.” Galactus says as he touches Naruto’s head with his finger and everything turns white around him.
“Naruto!” Hinata yells as Naruto awakes from his meditation panting and in a sweat.
“The hell kind of training is going on here heh heh.” Peter asks.
“Nothing we were just meditating beside each other!” Hinata says.
“That’s what they all say.” Peter says making Hinata blush.
“I… I met Galactus.” Naruto says grabbing a water jug from Gin.
“So you’re the one he chose to come to…” Gin says.
“He told me a way for us to get more powerful. A way we can get even stronger than he is. Five times stronger.” Naruto says.
“You’re kidding. You’re Joshing me right now. You’re Drake AND Joshing me right now. You mean to tell me he just straight out told you a way to gain more power than him.” Peter says.
“Yes. We spoke first about other things, but in the end he wanted to share that information with me.”
“Naruto what in the hell. Did you eat to much ramen before you meditated again?” Sakura asks.
“No I promise I didn’t this time!” Naruto says.
“He’s telling the truth. Galactus came to me once.” Gin says grabbing the water jug from Naruto and sealing it with cork.
“What did he say to you?” Peter asks. Gin sits on his surfboard and sighs as he looks up at the stars.
“He told me I was a fool. He goes on by asking me how I could possibly think that helping you all could take back the past events we had been through. I ask him how it felt to know that everything that he fought for. Destroyed for. Was for nothing. In an anger he left my mind. I suppose he wanted nothing to do with me after my so called betrayal.” Gin says.
“He actually thought you would set him free and let him roam again after what he pulled? He’s delusional and I don’t think we should listen to his bullshit.” Peter says.
“I don’t think so Peter. He also said we could unlock celestial armor. Why would he tell us all these things to help us if he was out to get us?” Naruto asks.
“He’s got a point Peter. We will start with the Celestial armor. I wanted to save it as a surprise for Sakura’s birthday but I suppose it will be alright to create each of your own now.” Gin says.
“Can’t believe we’re doing this.” Peter says.
“Well when you become a master of the cosmic arts then you can go about yourself and face doom with whatever you have.” Gin says.
“…. Fine I’ll shut up.”
“Alright then… everyone I want you to close your eyes and listen to my every word. Envision. Envision power in your skin that you have never felt before. Create a barrier between you and everything on the outside of you. Ah yes. Now open your eyes.” Gin says.
Peter, Naruto, Hinata and Sakura open their eyes to find a hard silver coating replacing their skin.
“What… what is this?” Sakura asks as she looks down at her pink silver skin.
“You’ve only taken my form… which means you still have a ways to go… it will be risky… but we will have to get the cosmic energy in this form. You celestial armor will have to wait.” Gin says.
“Dammit… we don’t need any more risks than we are already taking. Fine let’s get this over with.” Peter says as they walk into the extraction cave.
“Gin if you want to leave.”
“No Peter. If this is too much for Galactus’ body to handle I will shield you all from the explosion his body rupturing could cause.”
“Naruto… if we don’t make it out of this...”
“Don’t say that Hinata. Everything is going to be fine I promise.” Naruto says as they all stretch out their left arms and connect a chain of lightning to Galactus that creates a mask of lightning around the asteroid.
“This is the hard part! Each of you connect to as many forces of energy as you can! Stars! Planets! Moons! Take them all and protect what you love!” Gin yells. The lightning around the asteroid dashes throughout the Negative Zone and energy pulls from everything creating a chain of white light that stretches back to the asteroid and hits them.
“Ah!!!” Hinata yells as the cosmic energy courses through her body.
“It’s okay! We’re with you!” Naruto says grabbing the lightning chain with his right hand to free his left hand, which grabs Hinata’s hand. She then calms down looking at Naruto and beginning to smile as her hair turns red.
“Your… your hair…” Naruto says as Hinata disconnects from the stream falling to the ground unconscious.
“Continue! Get as much energy as possible!” Gin yells. Naruto looks over at Sakura to see the diamond on her forehead harden into a pink crystal as she too disconnects from the stream.
“Ah dammit… Naruto continue on!! Do it for…” Peter falls backwards onto the ground as Naruto is the last one extracting energy.
“The will that you have it’s…. Why doesn’t he give it up?...” Gin asks himself as Naruto scowls in determination. The cave begins to shake and boulders crumble from the ceiling and block the entrance.
“Naruto you’ve got enough now! Disconnect!” Gin yells.
“I… have to protect them…” Naruto says as he then falls to his knee holding up his right arm with his left as support.
“If you do not disconnect I will have to put a shield around the others and only the others!” Gin says.
“Do what you must…” Naruto says as his yellow silver skin crumbles away to his regular skin. Gin knocks his surfboard against the ground and creates a shield around Peter, Sakura and Hinata.
“Look at him now. Trying to become even stronger. It’s inspiring isn’t it?” Jiraiya says.
“Indeed. I never would have though he would go this far. He will surely be the greatest ninja to ever live.” Kushina says.
“Pervy Sage... Mom…” Naruto says as his feet begin to create a hard yellow coating around him. The coating slowly moves up to his ankles as it begins to show black pulsating lines that begin to light up.
“My God… he’s doing it…” Gin says as the asteroid begins to crumble.
“Naruto it’s going to!...” Galactus’ body implodes creating an explosion that travels through the tunnel and destroys the entire asteroid.
“It’s gone. Galactus. A few of the surrounding planets. All of which were uninhabited but a massive amount of destruction no doubt.” Gin says as Peter crawls to sit against a boulder. They both sit upon a floating rock that travels through space. Hinata and Sakura lay behind the boulder as Naruto floats towards them in his base form.
“Figured you’d want to show off your new celestial armor. Heard it looked pretty awesome.” Peter says.
“Now isn’t the time. We need to tend to Sakura and Hinata. Something happened with them once they got the power from the stream.” Naruto says.
“They will be fine. They’re only unconscious.” Gin says.
“The amount of power we got from this place it’s… you think we have drawn too much?” Peter asks.
“No you only took three fourths of everything. Left the planets that are habited by life forms able to thrive off of their suns and left them with their moons. Naruto obviously has drawn the most power, Peter you are not even close to his capabilities though you are second in this. And then we have those two. They are the weakest of you but stronger than Galactus indeed.” Gin says.
“Can we create life and stuff like that?” Naruto asks. Gin laughs and steps onto his surfboard then hovering above them. Sakura and Hinata begin to awake and Naruto helps them to their feet.
“Did we… do it?” Sakura asks.
“Maybe.” Peter says smirking.
“You’re gross!” Sakura yells smacking him in the head.
“Geez… no wonder Sasuke doesn’t want you…” Peter whispers to himself.
“What was that!!?” Sakura yells.
“Quit you two. I think Gin wants to speak to us.” Naruto says. As Gin nods and begins.
“First off I want to explain to you, your celestial armor. Do as I told you and it will show. It appears on willpower and thought. It is a mental tech. You are able to communicate with each other, no matter where… or when… you are. You cannot create life, though… you can resurrect it… but when doing so it must be under Deaths approval, for if she or whomever it is that takes its form in your universe, does not agree to your decision. She will bring them great pain by not making the being dead nor alive but make the being disappear from reality itself. Now your power is what I have stated it to be. Yours. It is up to yo to choose how to use it. I have given you all the knowledge that I have. But before you leave I must tell you one more thing. Galactus is and ever will be.”
Earth – Present Day
“So the things that you are capable of are far beyond us huh?” Tony asks. Ms. Marvel begins to laugh as she sits down on a broken park bench.
“If you’re that strong we have absolutely nothing to worry about then. You can kill Doom ten times over if you’ve taken that much strength. Hell I bet Sasuke will probably turn good. AGAIN.” Ms. Marvel says.
“It isn’t that simple. The sage told me something that makes me think that Sasuke will have his own power level that I will have to face against. It may even be stronger than me.” Naruto says.
“Are you insane? Boy you are more powerful than Galactus. Quit speaking this foolishness and rejoice. You have secured our future.” Beast says.
“He’s always been this way. Never underestimating Sasuke’s ability and trying to chase after being the most powerful ninja there is.” Shikamaru says.
“Hinata… why is your hair red?” Rouge asks.
“Oh um. Gin said it may just be an effect from the comic energy. He says I can change it back with willpower but I just can’t seem to do it.” Hinata says.
“Well… I’m sure you’ll get there.” Charles says as he turns to find Magneto leaning against a tree. Charles hovers to him and Magneto chuckles as he looks up at the green ship.
“One leaf fades away and another one grows in its place. And but this one is different. Its smell a bloody scent of despair and its color a fiery red. You know why I have come here do you not?” Magneto says.
“I do. You’ve partnered with Doom.” Charles says.
“No, not yet anyways. I came because one of my apprentices saw something in their dreams. A fiery red leaf. But not falling from a tree but, heading towards Earth.” Magneto says.
“And what do you suppose we do if that leaf reaches us?” Charles asks.
“There’s nothing we can do if it does. We need to act upon it before it gets a chance to Charles.” Magneto says.
“We’ll see what we can do. Just don’t do anything crazy. No brash decisions or turning your back.” Charles says making Magneto ball his fists tightly.
“Everything I do Charles will be for the best future for our kind. So if those things have to occur. Then occur they will.”
Was a pretty fun chapter to write because of the Gin character. Just makes me think of like a Yoda but like a Marvel comics version lol Thanks for reading! If you don't mind tell me how I did on the whole Naruto and Hinata fling! Next chapter will be released next week!
