Hmm... Well It is performed by moulding superheated chakra inside the stomach before releasing it through the lungs and mouth. There are also variants to this in the form of some mediums such as the use of gun powder, ash, explosive tags and chakra flow into a weapon. Fire is strong against wind because the air feeds the flames, in some occasions fire can be combined with wind to form a swirling fire technique that looks similar to a fire tornado. Fire is weak against water because it cools and smothers them, however if the water source is big enough it can counteract the fire to create mist or steam.
