* Size: 150x200/150x300/Sig Size? (150x300 is Premium.)
* Stock/Render: Here goes the image you want us to work with.
* Text: Do you want any text on it? If you do, what is the text?
* Other Details: Anything else you want to request? Do you want glow? Describe it like you would want to see it.
* Type: Avatar/Sig?
* Size: 150x200/150x300/Sig Size? (150x300 is Premium.)
