I did. What I suggested ensures that Google chrome is always run as the Administrator. It was just an idea.

my whole point of the thread is a solution of opening chrome without opening it constantly as an admin, that has many disadvantages, I can't open links sent to me via skype or something...

btw guys, chrome worked yesterday perfectly, today not ??
