Hello guys, I need some help!
Since a few days ago, Google chrome doesn't pop up if I try to open it.
When I click on the icon, nothing will appear? Apparently Chrome opened when I run it as an Administrator.
But everytime when I want to surf chrome, I have to right click it, and run it as an Administrator, this isn't how it is supposed to be. And like this, I can't open links if they're send to me via msn or skype :(
I tried many many things.. I uninstalled chrome, and installed it again (nothing), I removed spyware and malware from the pc (nothing), turned pc off and on (nothing), removed all the extensions of chrome (nothing). -_-
:(
Can somebody please help me? Rep will always be given to the ones who try to help xd ;)

No, I mean.. let's say somebody sends me a link via skype.. I can't open it, you know what I mean..?
If I click on it, Chrome will crash.
I tried many things, reinstalling, removing extensions, removing spyware, malware, rebooting and shizz

My Suggestion is to Uninstall the version you have and then re install a newer version (although when i had this problem, i installed an Older version).
That worked for me...
Btw, Chrome is the best

You probably have more than one account on your PC. The problem is probably because of user permissions changes made by the administrator account. Changing your account type to administrator will solve it.

You can solve it this way. Go to Control Panel>User Accounts and Family Safety>add or remove User Accounts> choose your account>Change the account type>administrator

try some of above tricks or if it still dosnt work then clean ur registry nd then re install chrome(dont forget to restart after cleaning ur pc)
but now when u install dont right click on installer nd run as admin try installing with ur current user a/c attributes/creditals
if u did the installation as specified on above line nd still dosnt work then do the process the other way around

Hope it helps u ;)

Right click your Google Chrome shortcut on your desktop --> Go to Properties --> Compatability --> Run as Administrator.

Not sure if that will help or not.

Did you even read my thread??
Nope..... here:

Test whether antivirus or firewall applications on your computer are causing the problem by turning them off temporarily. Then try opening Google Chrome again. If you're able to open the browser, you'll need to create an exception in your antivirus or firewall settings for Google Chrome. Once you've done so, you can then re-enable the applications.

Conflicting applications that users have reported include the following:

Spyware Doctor
Comodo Firewall
McAfee Enterprise
