Yes I know that the graphical quality isn't that great, however that was just due to the quality of the stock. I really wanted to render this picture and this was the best stock I could find, others were often way too small and/or even worse.​

Mercy had shown the result of recreating an anime scene pic (low quality to high) also made a Tutorial of it if u wanted to make it better.

I use GIMP, I don't have PS (well I have it, but there are some issues with it).
