WIND is the rarest element and the WIND nature shinobi is also pretty rare as well. It's the most beautiful thing when it's cool and slow but it also has terrible destruction carried along it... It can be used as both offense and defense...It can gain power from simple breeze to an hurricane... and by focusing chakra a ninja can turn it into small point which cuts/slice down the body like a blade and cause massive destruction...It can be used with water and fire to make combo and more powerful attacks...!!
