Damn, youtube is blocked here, but I got a gist of it from your responses. For me in no particular order:
- Kakashi's PS: I get it, the manga clearly states that it was Obito's PS being used through Kakashi as the latter makes it very clear through mentions of 1) Obito's ghost possessing him, 2) Obito granting him Senjutsu chakra for PS 3) the said chakra powering up the double MS and 4) Obito's aid that made it possible ... but I swear, it was still one of the lowest points in the manga.
Kakashi fans now have another excuse for his character that has always been long overdue to hit the trash bin. He should never have lived beyond the Pein arc. That way, at least his character would have had some worth.
- Minato's KCM and BM: Not only did the manga clearly show that everything taken in via the suicide ritual was taken in by the Shinigami separately, but the main body only acts as a medium. Then we have Madara repeatedly stating that he cannot be a Jin in this body, and there is Minato, strutting about and doing exactly that.
If there were few points where Kishimoto's logic was so far up his ass that it could actually see his teeth, this would be one of those points.
- Kabuto: Izanami made no sense. With his defeat, Sasuke and Obito and Kabuto's main plot-line was written off without a word. This was another point where Kishimoto had no clue that he had dug into a rut himself and didn't know how to get out.
- Kakuzu and Hidan's defeat: This guy getting defeated by a KB. By god ... and Shikamaru's laughable plan, that didn't take Kakuzu's abilities into consideration as they had no clue about them, and it working out exactly as planned was the pinnacle of stupidity.
Kishimoto clearly simply wanted these two out, otherwise, the chances of Shikamaru's absurd plan even making it past the half mark were below zero, if that is even possible.
- Nagato's defeat and Rinne Tensai: I don't think I am the only one who still cringes at the thought that Nagato gave up his entire plan and life-long instances of cruelty, humiliation, abject poverty and loss of his childhood friend at Konoha's hands for a cheap fan-fiction written by Jiraiya. I don't think any self-respecting, common sense wielding man would call his a legitimate victory for Naruto and plot progress for the manga.
Not to mention him bringing everyone back with Rinne Tensai. Jesus ... something that should have never happened. Konoha had it coming. She deserved it. But Alas ... Kishimoto equating Will of Fire with Religion and putting it on a higher, neurotic zealot pedestal via a small exchange between Shikamau and Hidan says a lot about the author himself and his unhinged mental bearings.
- Neji's death: There was no reason for this man to die and simply become a pavement for Hinata's future rutting sessions with Naruto. I cannot believe one of the most well-written characters in the manga was killed off so that the most despicable and cancerous characters could have a laughable matrimonial reunion made in literary hell.
I will never forgive Kishimoto for this.
There are many other ridiculous one, but these are the top ones for me.
