A bindi mark is to symbolize when the hindu/indians get marrried, its a sign to say their married. If it were a bindu it would always be on his head. They are of no relation unfortunately.

What would even be the point of slug sage mode now? In the past it could have been useful but the power scaling is so high now that it still wouldn't really make a difference against the likes of Madara. There is no plot point for it to be needed so it will most likely never been shown.

i would have been better if kishi had made Shikkotsu Forest similar to Mount Myoboku and Ryuchi Cave, since Mount Myoboku has a lot of the different toads and the Great Elder Toad and Ryuchi Cave has a lot of different snake and great white snake sage but there is only katsuyu at shikkotsu forest when their could have been different summons between sakura and tsunade
