This technique is designed to slightly adjust their sealing script so to emulate the effects of the Multiple Infinite Embraces. Through an infusion of chakra the applied sealing tag will, upon contact with its target, release an intangible barrier on its target, much like armor. Those entrapped within the armor will experience the disruptive effects of the Multiple Infinite Embraces, but to a lesser degree. The target will be unable to mold chakra above S-Rank while affected while also losing 50 chakra per turn, allowing the user to gain the stolen chakra. Unlike the Multiple Infinite Embraces, which can be escaped by destroying the barrier, this barrier can only be destroyed by destroying the tag which it is applied to. Because of the nature of this technique it can be used within the same timeframe as the tag which it is applied to. Can only be used two times per battle, with two turns in between each application. However, unlike Living Barrier this technique specializes in the creation of a defensive barrier in order to protect the user. By crossing the user’s arms the user produces a barrier which emerges from their arms as a hemisphere/half-dome construct in front of them, protecting them from frontal attacks. The barrier is incredibly durable, only being able to be broken by A-Rank attacks, playing neutrally to elemental techniques. The advantage created through the use of Storm Crest is its potent speed, enabled simply by the user crossing his arms; this makes the technique very potent and possible to use, even in close quarters combat. When activated Storm Crest can be sustained at a minimal chakra cost per turn. Because the barrier is sustained by the user they are able to regenerate the barrier retroactively from its creation. As such attacks which lack the strength to destroy the barrier simply cause the barrier to return to full strength (at the cost of a move), requiring that the barrier be overpowered completely by an attack in order to neutralize it. With a single hand seal the user causes a large geometric barrier to encapsulate the target in what appears to be a box. The walls restrain the target by pressing and squeezing down on the target; while they exert great pressure and effectively prevent the target from moving under normal circumstances they are harmless themselves. The barrier itself can fit to the size of its target, however it cannot reach sizes equivalent to boss summons. It can only be used to trap targets up to three times the size of an average human. The barrier is simple to escape, however, in that it only requires an A-Rank technique to shatter it from within. Unlike the Embraces, which specialize in sealing abilities and chakra, the Restraints of Phantasia is only able to restrain its target independent of the user. The Restraints can also be used on targets within mid-air, causing them to enter a sort of suspended animation within the barrier. Like its sister technique, Ishtar’s Armory employs the same principle of malleability and versatility allowing the user to produce a wide variety of barriers. These barriers, like the familiars created by Ethereal Guardian, are limited only by the user’s imagination in their creation allowing the user to produce objects which range from simple geometric constructs, such as a pillar, to something as complex as a sword, kunai, bird, or dragon. Although, unlike the Ethereal Guardian, which allows the user to produce familiars which siphon chakra these constructs are static and simply drain the user’s chakra should they be sustained over multiple turns. The created objects cannot exceed a maximum of 15 meters in height or width. By default their created color, like Ethereal Guardian, is white. These constructs are created within short-range of the user and can reach up to long-range from the user’s position. They are capable of levitating by default, like Ethereal Guardian. The user is able to produce multiple constructs freely, following normal splitting rules. Ishtar’s Armory can be used four times per battle with two turns in between applications. In the following turn the user is unable to use Sealing techniques above B-Rank. When created the Embraces, both B and A-Rank versions, create a cuboid structure around its target(s). With the supplement Infinite Constriction the cuboid construct is modified to become far more malleable and instead fit itself around a single target trapping them within it. In order for this supplement to operate generic black sealing script will spread on the barrier produced; the script, while plainly visible, will not obscure vision of the target trapped within the Embraces. This can be best visualized as a tightly fit spandex suit which forms around the target and traps them within it, effectively making the Embraces a far more potent restricting technique. Because of this technique’s nature it can be applied within the same time frame as the Infinite Embraces and its variants. This technique is initiated by the user either crossing their arms or by lifting either arm into a vertical position; from their arms a translucent barrier in the shape of a large kite shield is produced. The shield can vary in size reaching a maximum coverage from the user’s feet to the user’s neck. This allows the shield to adjust itself to larger users while covering the same proportionate area of their body. The Bulwark, while translucent, possesses special black sealing script atop it which bears an ornate appearance. The sealing script, while remarkable, carries functionality to make the Bulwark operate in a similar fashion to the Magenta barrier of Sealing Technique: Spiritual Acquiescence, based on the Elemental Sealing Method. This grants the Bulwark specialized abilities. When coming in contact with solid matter the barrier will exert a specialized pressure within the target which allows it to pulverize the physical object and then seal it within. This sealing method is capable of sealing up to S-Rank physical-based entities. Against incorporeal targets, like energy, wind, Sound, etc, the barrier holds no defensive capabilities and they will simply phase through it with ease. Achilles’s Bulwark is purely a defense utilized against tangible targets. The barrier has a distinct red hue and is imbued with fire chakra, but is dormant and useless until it is triggered. The trigger being the barrier encompassing anything that has chakra sealed inside of it via fuuinjutsu, or otherwise seals, scrolls, and paper tags. When the barrier passes by a location that triggers this affect, it will react and release just enough of its stored fire chakra into the objects to corrupt the sealing script found within it or medium the chakra is sealed in itself. This would slightly burn it and make it unusable due to such. Paper tags will be destroyed, not set off or detonated. In the case of seals found on the opponent's body, the opponent would only feel a slightly warm feeling on the place of the seal and find that part of the seal has been slightly burned away, doing the same thing to it as it only takes a bit to corrupt the sealing script and thus make the seal useless. Essentially, whenever foreign lightning jutsus are being used, from the seal, a large scale barrier will immediately erect short range around the user at a fast pace. But, it does not provide any damage whatsoever, this is why its passive and instant in activation, although it can be perform in the same timeframe as another jutsu it still count as a move per turn from the user. It's basis of usage is the barrier will immediately act as a lightning rod for the opponent's own lightning jutsu and immediately draw the jutsu inward, attaching itself to the barrier, and after this is done, the full dome shape barrier becomes drawn back into the users seal. This will not give the user any chakra, but rather it will allow the user to use the now unfocused electricity to enhance the users next jutsu attack (lightning composition equivalent to that of nagashi, same with rank and damage as well). Lightning jutsus become enhanced automatically by 10+, with elemental jutsus that coincide with unfocused electricity (fire, earth, water, etc) will have raging electricity running across its body and will increase by 1 rank due to a veil of electricity covering it. This jutsu being increase doesnt have to be soley from the basic 5. It can be used with KG/CE alike aslong as it is within logic and stems from the user's body or at least short range of them for the electricity to aid the jutsu. What also allows this technique to be used in a defensive manner is, lightning is known for its insane speed, due to the speed of the barrier, it will immediately act to "catch" fast moving lightning jutsus (this includes combinations of the sorts) and be used for the user. This seal may also be passively applied to the users weapons or formed onto a weapon the user is holding by expending a move. Only activated when the user is utilizing a jutsu to enhance or otherwise affect said weapon, this seal (which is marked with the kanji for "bind") will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said jutsu , even when the user uses another jutsu. It will permanently (or for as long as the user chooses to keep paying chakra) bind the enhancement to the weapon by doing so, as it is constantly being fueled. The seal will be imbued with the user’s earth chakra and as such, the user’s clothing will be hardened and appear darker in colour similar to the canon technique Earth Release: Earth Spear making it akin to wearing armour. It will develop a metallic sheen in addition to the hardening which is purely cosmetic. It will not decrease the flexibility or mobility of the clothing nor will it increase the weight of it in any way, similar to the canon technique. The user will essentially become capable of withstanding damage/impacts as the hardened clothes absorb damage either completely or to a certain extent. The user's clothes will be capable of blocking kunai, shuriken, swords and other bladed weapons (Kenjutsu up to and including C-Rank). This technique will also render D-Rank and below Taijutsu useless if used on clothed portions of the body and decrease the damage of Taijutsu techniques above C-Rank by 10 damage points. The seal will be infused with elemental chakra of the chosen element (must be stated in biography) and will exhibit a unique effect depending on which of the elements is chosen. The seal will activate passively (instant but still counts as a move) when it’s first triggered.</p><p></p><p>Ruler of the Skies: This seal will activate whenever an unfocused current or stream of electricity is used within the vicinity of the user. The seal will release the user’s fuuton chakra in order to insulate the current of electricity as it comes into contact with the clothes, essentially neutralizing it before it can affect the user. The clothes will also become weightless as a byproduct of the infusion of wind chakra, allowing freer and more fluid movements. For the next three turns, the user’s clothes will be coated in a layer of invisible wind that can create an updraft to enable levitation and seamless flight.</p><p></p><p>The Earth Emperor: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. The opponent’s weight will double (similar to the Added Weight technique) as earth chakra is released into them. For the next three turns, the user’s clothes will become darker in colour to signify the change and each additional contact with the clothes will double their weight further. The initial weight gain will last for three turns but each additional contact will extend it’s duration by one turn. Regardless of how much the opponent’s weight is raised by this technique, it can simply be neutralized through the use of Chidori Nagashi.</p><p></p><p>The Lightning Lord: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. Upon being struck, the user's clothes will be imbued with ration chakra, making them static and shocking to the touch. Direct contact with clothing will cause the opponent's limb/body part to go numb for one turns and if a second contact is made in that time with the same part, that limb will be paralyzed for two turns as the lightning shocking stacks. These effects only apply to direct contact with the clothes themselves (an example would be the opponent's exposed fist striking the clothes). The user’s clothes will remain infused with ration chakra for five turns after activation and they will develop sparks of lightning across them to signify the change.</p><p></p><p>King in the North: This seal will activate whenever a fire technique comes into contact with the user’s clothes. The dormant chakra will activate immediately and essentially "moisturize" the clothing by imbuing it with suiton chakra without actually making it wet. This technique will not increase the user's susceptibility to lightning in any way either. It will also give the user's clothes (but not the user himself) immunity being ignited or burned up to a certain extent, translating to an immunity to C-Rank and below Katon techniques. However, on closer inspection it can be observed as hundreds of tiny symbols all speaking of the Ōtsutsuki and their unprecedented gains in puppetry. Stored within the seal are a line of puppets that are unearthly in both appearance and behavior. The puppets, collectively referred to as "The Hands of God" are unique creations that are unlike what is previously known/expected of puppets (techniques to be submitted). The seal is made before every battle loaded with a predefined amount of the user's chakra devoted to summoning a proportional number these warriors (10 chakra points per puppet sealed) and this must be stated in the biography or at the beginning of each exactly how much chakra is in the seal. By itself, the seal can hold at max up to 10 (12 if specialized in Puppetry) puppets from The Hand of God line, but only a maximum of 50 chakra points can be allocated before any match, meaning it only covers for 5 puppets' summoning (60 chakra with 6 max puppets if the user specializes in puppetry) during any one match. Once it's own chakra is exhausted it will be deactivated until the next match where it can only supply 5/6 more puppets and then become fully exhausted. To summon any one or more of these puppets, the user only needs to will the seal to do so and watch as his warriors appear from a light filled seal that can be oriented on any surface or even in the air. The seal is able to summon up to three (3) puppets in one use and requires a one turn wait each time it is used. Ōtsutsuki summon these puppets at the cost of a move, allowing them to move and attack in the same turn summoned. The seal can also be replenished easily after each fight by the user simply placing an amount of chakra proportional to the amount of puppets he would like to summon again in his next fight. As the chakra flows through the seal it passively expels the energy in the form of a transparent, skin-tight barrier around the user that does not interfere with any of the user's other active techniques. The barrier's strength is proportional to the amount of chakra absorbed where it gains a rank for every 10 points of chakra absorbed, starting at D-rank. So, if thirty chakra is absorbed the barrier's strength is moved up to A-Ranked. Twice per arc/event, at the cost of a move, the user may increase the barrier's strength to S-rank. This requires double the amount of chakra normally used for max evolution (i.e 60 chakra) and can only be done if the barrier is already at max strength for at least one turn. Being a barrier-type defensive technique, it is able to completely oppose techniques of lesser chakra and cancel out with those of equal chakra. This barrier can stay until destroyed by an enemy but once this happens the seal goes on a two turn cool down, during which time the user will be unable to perform Fūinjutsu above B-rank in the first turn, and none above A-rank the second. Unique to this seal is its ability to continuously regenerate per turn so long as the barrier has not been destroyed completely prior, sustained any form of damage for at least one turn, and the user is able to gain chakra from an outside source. It's basis of usage is the barrier will immediately act as a lightning rod for the opponent's own lightning jutsu and immediately draw the jutsu inward, attaching itself to the barrier, and after this is done, the full dome shape barrier becomes drawn back into the users seal. This will not give the user any chakra, but rather it will allow the user to use the now unfocused electricity to enhance the users next jutsu attack (lightning composition equivalent to that of nagashi, same with rank and damage as well). Lightning jutsus become enhanced automatically by 10+, with elemental jutsus that coincide with unfocused electricity (fire, earth, water, etc) will have raging electricity running across its body and will increase by 1 rank due to a veil of electricity covering it. This jutsu being increase doesnt have to be soley from the basic 5. It can be used with KG/CE alike aslong as it is within logic and stems from the user's body or at least short range of them for the electricity to aid the jutsu. What also allows this technique to be used in a defensive manner is, lightning is known for its insane speed, due to the speed of the barrier, it will immediately act to "catch" fast moving lightning jutsus (this includes combinations of the sorts) and be used for the user. Ruler of the Skies: This seal will activate whenever an unfocused current or stream of electricity is used within the vicinity of the user. The seal will release the user’s fuuton chakra in order to insulate the current of electricity as it comes into contact with the clothes, essentially neutralizing it before it can affect the user. The clothes will also become weightless as a byproduct of the infusion of wind chakra, allowing freer and more fluid movements. For the next three turns, the user’s clothes will be coated in a layer of invisible wind that can create an updraft to enable levitation and seamless flight. The Earth Emperor: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. The opponent’s weight will double (similar to the Added Weight technique) as earth chakra is released into them. For the next three turns, the user’s clothes will become darker in colour to signify the change and each additional contact with the clothes will double their weight further. The initial weight gain will last for three turns but each additional contact will extend it’s duration by one turn. Regardless of how much the opponent’s weight is raised by this technique, it can simply be neutralized through the use of Chidori Nagashi. The Lightning Lord: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. Upon being struck, the user's clothes will be imbued with ration chakra, making them static and shocking to the touch. Direct contact with clothing will cause the opponent's limb/body part to go numb for one turns and if a second contact is made in that time with the same part, that limb will be paralyzed for two turns as the lightning shocking stacks. These effects only apply to direct contact with the clothes themselves (an example would be the opponent's exposed fist striking the clothes). The user’s clothes will remain infused with ration chakra for five turns after activation and they will develop sparks of lightning across them to signify the change. King in the North: This seal will activate whenever a fire technique comes into contact with the user’s clothes. The dormant chakra will activate immediately and essentially "moisturize" the clothing by imbuing it with suiton chakra without actually making it wet. This technique will not increase the user's susceptibility to lightning in any way either. It will also give the user's clothes (but not the user himself) immunity being ignited or burned up to a certain extent, translating to an immunity to C-Rank and below Katon techniques. The seal is applied to the Ōtsutsuki's body in any location desired in the form a crescent moon, which is very unusual for a seal's appearance. However, on closer inspection it can be observed as hundreds of tiny symbols all speaking of the Ōtsutsuki and their unprecedented gains in puppetry. Stored within the seal are a line of puppets that are unearthly in both appearance and behavior. The puppets, collectively referred to as "The Hands of God" are unique creations that are unlike what is previously known/expected of puppets (techniques to be submitted). The seal is made before every battle loaded with a predefined amount of the user's chakra devoted to summoning a proportional number these warriors (10 chakra points per puppet sealed) and this must be stated in the biography or at the beginning of each exactly how much chakra is in the seal. By itself, the seal can hold at max up to 10 (12 if specialized in Puppetry) puppets from The Hand of God line, but only a maximum of 50 chakra points can be allocated before any match, meaning it only covers for 5 puppets' summoning (60 chakra with 6 max puppets if the user specializes in puppetry) during any one match. Once it's own chakra is exhausted it will be deactivated until the next match where it can only supply 5/6 more puppets and then become fully exhausted. To summon any one or more of these puppets, the user only needs to will the seal to do so and watch as his warriors appear from a light filled seal that can be oriented on any surface or even in the air. The seal is able to summon up to three (3) puppets in one use and requires a one turn wait each time it is used. Ōtsutsuki summon these puppets at the cost of a move, allowing them to move and attack in the same turn summoned. The seal can also be replenished easily after each fight by the user simply placing an amount of chakra proportional to the amount of puppets he would like to summon again in his next fight. Heaven's Host can also be used by non-Ōtsutsuki Puppeteers who've access to The Hands of God puppet lineage but only the active summoning rite can be performed. For instance, if the user has a kunai and throw it at the grown in front of them it will cause the kanji transcripts to activate. Once activated the transcripts will release a small scale sealing jutsu that seals everything one meter from its location all directions. As a result this will seal even the affected object. At the most, the seal could create a small cylindrical hole in the ground or whatever it made contact with. This technique can seal objects up to the chakra input of this jutsu, and does not work against living opponents. Kanji created by this technique are in plain view, and cannot be obscured to an opponent aside from being out of line of sight. The Reincarnation Sphere is one that bares a similar appearance to that of (Ningyō Noroitama) - Puppet Cursing Technique but behaves very differently. Tensei Kyū, instead of boasting an offensive, defensive, and supplementary side like its counterpart, is entirely defensive and/or supplementary in nature. Whenever the Reincarnation Sphere makes contact with a technique that is not the user's, due to a unique seal embedded within with the kanji for 'take', it deals solely with the sealing away the chakra found within a technique. The seal allows the technique to perform based on rank, where the A-Ranked variant can contend equally with A-Ranked techniques and below and etc. For techniques that carry multiple individual parts or are expansive in nature, the user can release a 'blast' version of this technique where a single Reincarnation Sphere is released in the form of blast of chakra that spreads out and cover a wide area (as much as 120 degrees) to encompass an incoming technique. Upon being destroyed or timing out, the Reincarnation Sphere will then release the chakra it had sealed away in the form of tiny orbs that are absorbed by the user and/or his Ōtsutsuki puppets for various techniques. The number of orbs left behind is determined by a factor of 10 where for every 10 points of chakra absorbed one orb is created, and so if 50 chakra is expelled 5 orbs will be created, etc. It's also able to affect people, summons, and entities as well and can seal either massive or tiny amounts of chakra from their bodies depending on the rank used. For C ranked applications Tensei Kyū will 'take' 25 chakra points. 50 for B-ranked, and 75 for A-ranked. Due to its defensive/supplementary nature, Tensei Kyū is incapable of delivering direct damage to its targets. Multiple spheres can also be created following regular splitting rules. This technique can be used once every other turn regardless of rank used. Being an Ōtsutsuki style like its predecessor, this technique can only be performed by one. The technique operates by taking advantage of the chakra orbs left in the wake of Reincarnation Sphere whenever it interacts with an opponent or technique. Once activated, Heaven Surrounded becomes passive in nature but is only capable of interacting with chakra specifically left behind by its parent technique. It takes the appearance of a small ring of chakra over the user's head containing a sealing script with the kanji for "give", which is the other half to Reincarnation Sphere's inscriptions. This allows the ring to behave more or less like a magnet to the lingering orbs. They are pulled to the user and and absorbed into two distinct ways. The first is being added directly to the user's reserves, but the total chakra absorbed will be halved (for example 5 orbs would give 25 chakra instead of 50) to a maximum of 10 orbs (50 chakra). The second method would be augmenting the user's techniques by using the foreign chakra as added fuel. This method may only be activated if there are at least four chakra orbs present and within range. The user will absorb them while performing an elemental attack to boost its damage by +20 instead of adding it to their reserves. Only one method can be activated at a time and once every other turn. Supplementing an Ōtsutsuki technique places it on a 2 turn cool down. How it works is that once the user gains chakra from an outside source such as from a siphoning attack or techniques such as MIE the seal activates, and behaves like a gateway for the incoming chakra. As the chakra flows through the seal it passively expels the energy in the form of a transparent, skin-tight barrier around the user that does not interfere with any of the user's other active techniques. The barrier's strength is proportional to the amount of chakra absorbed where it gains a rank for every 10 points of chakra absorbed, starting at D-rank. So, if thirty chakra is absorbed the barrier's strength is moved up to A-Ranked. Twice per arc/event, at the cost of a move, the user may increase the barrier's strength to S-rank. This requires double the amount of chakra normally used for max evolution (i.e 60 chakra) and can only be done if the barrier is already at max strength for at least one turn. Being a barrier-type defensive technique, it is able to completely oppose techniques of lesser chakra and cancel out with those of equal chakra. This barrier can stay until destroyed by an enemy but once this happens the seal goes on a two turn cool down, during which time the user will be unable to perform Fūinjutsu above B-rank in the first turn, and none above A-rank the second. Unique to this seal is its ability to continuously regenerate per turn so long as the barrier has not been destroyed completely prior, sustained any form of damage for at least one turn, and the user is able to gain chakra from an outside source. After which any excess chakra goes straight to the user, unless they choose to store it within the seal to boost it to S-rank. Due to the fluent nature of the technique to turn incoming chakra into a defense the seal's activation doesn't take up space in the time frame, but still costs a move.
