Everytime someone made a real fault there was no problem, and everytime they pretended there was a problem there was yellow. There should have been a corner for the Netherlands indeed, but we shouldn't complain. We've made it far. The next time we bring more good (ninja) football players. We will be back!

The match was ok to me. However, i prefer Germany vs Uruguay match. If had Robben had gone down, then red card to Puyol, Netherlands would have better chance and might lift the trophy, who knows. However, that's history now.

Usually, the 3rd and 4th place matches are open and there is more space to play. It usually has 2, 3, 4 or more goals. The finals now are more tactical, but always worth to watch. I'm glad Spain scored, even though I was supporting Netherlands, as I hate penalties

You are just talking about a corner here, not a penalty, not a red card. De Jong could have killed Alonso. If you complain for a free kick and a corner what should the Spanish do? Ask Fifa to ban this referee?

well losing in the last minutes of the game after the ref made yet another mistake is worse then to lose because of your own fault(flying ninja kick)

and besides just because the reff let de jong go with that kick doesnt mean the ref should be playing favourites with spain to make up for that bad call.
