Me too :T_T: they have got the best results of the last decade:

WC 2002: Final - Second place

WC 2006: Semi final - Third place

EC 2008: Final - Second place

WC 2010: at least semi finals again

If you beat England with 4 - 1 and Argentina with 4 - 0 you just deserve to be world champion and in the semi finals they probably have to play against Spain ^^

+ their football is just the best, a pleasing to the football eye to see.
