I was hoping for that too, instead of the USA. It must have been a real kick in the crotch when they scored in the last minute.

I love it. The match is gonna be a battle. Yeah, Capello has to change something, none of the players played as they have played in their clubs.

This time(as a manchester utd fans) i'm expecting to see the real Rooney. I want England to win, why? Because if Argentina beats Mexico, then we can see England v/s Argetina. That's gonna be like Naruto vs Sasuke.

I hope the Netherlands use the same team as in the other 2 matches, but there is only a little chance that's going to happen. After all, they have to watch out with the yellow cards. Anyway, they don't have to win, they are already qualified!

Rooney still has a way to go to reach his full potential as shown at manchester united and also, he has that ankle worry which might effect him during the germany game but nonetheless, he can still string passes and shoot at distance like the best of 'em.

In the england game, the main difference for me was the switch for lennon and Milner. Lennon is probably the fastest in the england squad right now but lacks that ability to produce the final ball that milner does week in and week out for aston villa.

Upson played well for a third-choice central defender and i believe he should be kept in that postion instead of charragher who was suspended for the slovenian game. Cole and Johnson have been playing as consistently as they have been through the season and world cup, especially cole, he's been probably the best for england.

Gerrard and Rooney linked up well during the slovenian game and i can see it only going further and becoming an excellent partnership which is more i can say for anything that lampard does but he has been solid in the midfield for england during slovenia's game.

Now, bring on germany O_O

i agree with u despite i hate to admit it...so far Germany's perfomence is better then England in the group stage....plus rooney is still hv the injury problem...crap tht really make me worry...
