yes...cauz there was kunai's coming to him as a distraction and also i used decent amount of chakra to create a mud river..!!

if you're talking about Range/Distance!...i charged then used this tech. so it made a shot range and it'll trap ur clone..!!

whenever you change the range you state that now I am at particular range from you,

every fighter charge towards his opponent to start fighting but it doesn't mean that he changed his range
