the bags under her eyes make her look old, also im unsure why you drew the entire ear, if you where going for slight realisticness then the hair would hide the ear, but its looks amazing well done

I agree I think the ear should be covered by the hair and that her neck is a bit too long. Besides that there's something weird about her arm? I mean it looks like it's curving in a c-like form which would be unnatural for most humans

Other than that I think it's pretty and has potential. I like her hair and the “subtle” shadows on her neck and in her face. With that said I don't think the bags/shadows under her eyes are too much. It gives more depth to the character that she isn't “too perfect”.
So all in all I think it's a nice drawing

It looks defiantly good, but like the other says. The ear and neck is way to noticeable. As well it looks like she have a really big 'Adam's apple' or what it is called in English.

not trying to take anything away from your great work (just an advice), if you have the patience to change it then think bout making the neck a bit shorter. maybe going over the main lines with a black water coloring pen (sharp/clean black lines), the last thing i have to say is YOU GOT STYLE lol.

well, Arm isnt in a curved shape, its just the hairs are falling at edges of the arm making it looks like this, its slightly disappeared by the hairs...thanks anyway ^^ yeah, i love my avy too... ;D
