Not neccesserally. Rules only say that CJ must be allowed thus meaning that all other rules are optional.

Ummm... is that why I gave him a weeks time to fight me. Then I gave him another 3 weeks. Then I waited even further and he ends up saying he declines (I was patient about it too, as I never constantly bothered him about it) and I don't think it was because his bio is busy. Must be one hell of a fight if it goes on for over a month. Then he accepts TPS challenge right when he leaves, and fights Thoes for the sword who he could beat.

That seems like the makings of a chicken.

1. he's like 14 >_> he has school and goes bed early + life
2. His computer broke down a couple weeks back and he has to share comp so most time he's on his ipod.
3. He'd rather keep his sword xP
