Appearance Priest has short, spiky blond hair, brown/tanned skin, green eyes, a heavy-set squared jaw, and constant stubble. He also has a large, wedge-shaped scar on his left cheek. In the first televised anime series, he was depicted with prominent, sharp canines, possibly to heighten his resemblance to a vampire and make him a symbolic counterpart to Alucard, the "tame monster" of the Hellsing Organization Priest is quite an imposing man, being very tall (slightly taller than Alucard, who himself is over 2 meters in height) and lean with broad shoulders. He wears round glasses, a large grey cassock (has Purple trim in the TV series and white trim with blue interior in the OVA), grey pants (black in the OVA and white in the TV series), black boots, a black shirt (black with blue trim in the OVA and white in the TV series), a clerical collar (absent from both of the anime series), white gloves, and a silver cross (which often glows gold in the OVA) around his neck. On his gloves, there are inscriptions written across the crosses drawn on the back: For the right hand, Jesus Christ is in Heaven. For the left hand, Speak with Dead (later changed to Speak with the Dead) these inscriptions change sometimes, in Priest's later appearances his gloves read Iscariot Section XIII, the organization to which Anderson belongs. Personality Priest normally appears as a calm and collected person; he works at an orphanage and acts very kindly towards the children under his care. During battles, however, he reveals a darker side. Priest carries an obsession for what appears to be his "crusade," and compulsively quotes passages of the Holy Bible as he speaks. He is extremely determined to achieve his end, however he abhors the methods chosen by Maxwell to put it in motion. In battle, he is merciless and almost unstoppable due to his abilities. He has a habit of hissing during fights, and often loses all control of himself much like Alucard. Despite this, he can stop himself and focus on his mission. He has a measure of self-restraint when innocents are caught in the middle (like tourists) or when someone has caught his admiration. Village Information Village of Birth — Kirigakure Befitting its name, the village is surrounded by a thick mist, with several mountains in the background, making it difficult to find by foreigners. Kirigakure's architecture is composed of several cylindrical buildings, with the Mizukage's office being the widest and largest. Most of the buildings have vegetation growing on their roofs. Village of Alliance — Konoha Konoha resides deep within a forest at the base of a mountain known as the Hokage Rock, which has the faces of all those who have taken the office of Hokage engraved on it. While generally seen as the most powerful of the ninja villages, Konoha has enjoyed many years of relative peace. Affiliations Group/Organization — Roman Catholic Church & Iscariot (Vatican Section XIII) The Iscariot Organization (イスカリオテ機関, Isukariote Kikan), also known as Vatican Section XIII (ヴァチカン第13課, Vachikan Daijūsanka), is a 'Ninja' organization in the Hellsing series that is operated by the Roman Catholic Church. It is a top-secret section of the Vatican's operations, and officially, it doesn't exist. They are a primary foil to the Hellsing Organization. Given that the Hellsing Organization not only employs vampires, but runs on the principles of staunch Protestantism, Iscariot is their natural rival, despite their similar aims, they do however work together when necessary. Named after Judas Iscariot, the apostle who betrayed Jesus Christ, Iscariot is a top-secret wing of the Vatican, charged with the active pursuit and extermination of all things vile and unholy. Background Information Priest was born in Kirigakure into a poor family, his father having being from a clan that uses PawPaw arts was a priest and leaving his whole life in the temple before he was assassinated by a group of shinobi who wanted to steal forbidden scrolls from the temple. Priest grew up to be a strong boy and a talented and brave fighter then he attended ninja academy at the age of 6 which he became a genin and at the age of 8 he became a chunnin. He became engaged in small mission so as to take care of his mum who was sick and who later died when Priest reaches 10 years in age. Leaving his home town, Priest became a wanderer traveling from one village to another while training hard as he could. he trained harder in the wind and water element in which he learns mostly while on mission or wandering to hidden villages, mastering fuuton with Lili sensei and Sharindork sempai though at his hometown, kirigakure and learning suiton with Leaf sensei at iwagakure, katon with drizzy san at kumo. While at this Priest made new friends among which he honed his skill fighting and learning new jutsu from others which happens to be sempais where he learnt and mastered raiton with Selendrile san also at iwa. Priest under the tutelage of Sandaime and Nidaime of the Bartholomew Clan, learns the way of his clan and is now bestowed the fourth leader (Yondiame) of his clan. Collapse Of Kirigkure & Priest's Resolve The Civil war within Kiri sw the country on the edge of total disarray as the Sandaime Mizukge was betrayed and defeated by his own subordinate. It all started like a gentle breeze before the storm. The land hidden in the mist was becoming too peaceful for Kakuzu and due to his covetousness for money and power, sought for followers and rebelled against Mystogan. A rather fierce battle ensued between them and at the end, Mystogan fell. The death of Mystogan had its toll on Priest, being a great friend, a mentor and a teacher, Priest mourned his death for a whole year. On a faithful morning, Priest received a revelation and decided to embark on a spirit walk. The spirit walk saw him leave his place of residence and after years of travel, he found the whereabouts of his home town. ✞ Prophesy ✞ Walk in the spirit when blood wails Walk in the spirit, close the floodgates Tarry to the sweet voice of the stone Believe! A leaf could be strong as a bone Pilgrimage: Iwagakure During his spirit walk. The first place the spirit led him was the land hidden in the stone. The land was rather barren, Priest had concluded the spirit wanted to punish him for his past sins. If only he could turn stone to bread, he'd be operating the largest bakery in the NW. At the outskirts of the country, he had an encounter with Jimbei (Mathias), who gave him refuge. It was rather surprising because the stories he heard about the iwarians was that they are introverts and would never help anyone but themselves. Maybe that was why their land looked not so lively and barren. Rumours had it that they even turn to stones when they die. During his stay at the borderlands, Priest continues to hone his skill while making friends from the country, one of which taught him the Art of Sound. Urek Mazino (Jokey) was on his way out of the country, probably on a mission when he met Priest training on one of the mountain. Oblivious to his presence, Priest continued and before he knew, a rock had come atop the disguised sage. Before Priest could save the unknown man from the unintended danger, the rock vanished. All Priest could hear was a scream and the rock was no more. That was when Priest knew there was something more to the man than his appearance. After getting to know him, Urek taught Priest his trick in exchange for knowledge of how to create a special kind of rock. The prophesy was clearer to Priest at this point. "Tarry to the sweet voice of the stone". He realized that everywhere the spirit leads him is a piece of a puzzle to his final destination. Destination After his stay at Iwa, Priest continued his journey to the land of fire. Unlike where he was coming from, the place was filled with live. The landmark itself is equivalent to mother nature's garden. Like Iwagakure, Priest was assimilated into the system and he got to live in the village itself. His time then was a fun one and though many do not trust him, Galen sama who was the Hokage at that time, accepted him with open hands. Open Mission | Rat Race - Konoha Invasion Before his departure and leaving the position of the leader, Galen sama gave an open mission which was properly embraced by Priest, who began immediately. The mission was to collect body parts, one from each hidden villager. Though knowing it could actually cause strife and discord, many undertook the mission none-the-less. During this race, Priest was able to gather body parts from Hiruko of Kirigakure, Darui of Kumogakure and Leather of Iwagakure. He was on his quest to get parts from the remaining two hidden villages when he received news that his village was under assault. Apparently the attacked was timed so that it happened when most of the shinobi had left the village on the mission. Galen himself was not in the village at that particular time. Priest got home only to see the destruction but he was unable to find the perpetrators who had fled before his arrival. He was able to save some of the shinobi who were severely wounded and recovered the dead. That occurrence ended the rat race while konoha mourned their dead. Enters the Holy Sage Years passed and Priest had become stronger. After so many years, his path crossed once more with the Sage of Illusionary touch. After a series of catching up, Galen being one of the elder sage, gave Priest a series of mission which he passed. Priest had ascended and was given a title which put him among the chosen one. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Rank: A Range: Short Chakra Cost: N/A Damage Points: (+20 to Kicks & 2x Running Speed) Description: The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other. The Will of Darkness is a school of thought that was developed by Shimura Danzo during the reign of Hiruzen Sarutobi and taught to the members of the Root (Ne). He instilled this will within members of his Root organization so that they would be able to carry out their missions successfully and without failure. The Will of Darkness holds the belief that one must protect what he loves by aggressive action and the destruction of all potential threats, no matter the moral cost or context. Where the Will of Fire is based on the defense of the village, the Will of Darkness is based on the attack of its enemies. After his death and the dissolution of Root, his will spread into other Konoha shinobi as former root members began to integrate themselves back into normal village organizations. People who have committed themselves to this school of thought understand the need to eliminate threats and do things that may be considered amoral for the greater good. As a result they battle without hesitation and with a greater ferocity when committing acts of aggression than those who adhere to the Will of Fire. The will of fire is an idea taught to and carried by all members of Konoha. It is the belief that only through love, understanding and decisive action can true peace be acquired, though never by attacking others and rather by protecting something the individual holds dear. The belief is a spiritual heritage that was created by Hashirama Senju and passed down to all the villagers and shinobi of Konoha. Shinobi who carry this belief love the village with all their heart and will fight to protect it even against the most significant odds. It gives them the strength to keep going even when the situation looks grim. When defending the village the Will of Fire gives the shinobi of Konoha the extra strength needed to defeat the invading forces and the will power to continue the battle after receiving damage, ensuring the Will of Fire is never extinguished.

He became adept to the usage of seals inform of tatoo marks and paper scrolls to utilize sealing techniques. Priest has several fuinjutsu tags and tatoo. He is able to summon numerous weapons by simply taping the sealing marks he placed in his left wrist bracer. he carries several scrolls with which he use for seal and several pre-prepared sealing tags/scrolls for generic/elemental sealing techniques. On the cause of his death, a seal which is placed on his body would activate, sealing his entire entity into nothingness. Rank: A Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: This jutsu requires the user to have a pair of unique tattoo seals on his chest where his heart is located. The seal activates whenever the user goes unconcious but still alive. Upon activation, the seal discharges subtle lightning current/shock throughout the body and a controlled on the heart. Sorta works like a defibrillation machine. This causes depolarisation of the heart muscles and re-establishes normal conduction of the heart’s electrical impulse to the brain makes normal neural activities to resume and the user once again gains consciousness. Note: Only usable 2x per battle Note: No Fuin and Raiton above S-rank the next turn Note: Can not be used to get out of genjutsu, unless the genjutsu actually causes the user to go in a state of unconsciousness (for example: sleep, or heavy pain which causes the effect if stated in the description of the genjutsu) In battle, Priest uses scores of blessed bayonets presumably made of silver as well as smaller bayonets which are held between his fingers like claws. He wields the bayonets in close-combat (one in each hand) like swords and can also throw them with alarming accuracy (especially considering that he often throws the bayonets in large numbers, usually holding them between his fingers). Some of the bayonets are shown to have hand guards. The type of which he uses most appear to be Austrian sword bayonets, with custom hand grips for an easier hold. Rank: A Range: Close Chakra: N/A (-5 when the user forcibly moves it from a spot) Damage: N/A Description: The use has a fuin tattoo in form of a large spider on his body which passively can move around the body of the user like a tattoo moving around a body. The spider has nothing much to do than sensing and responding whenever a foreign seal(which is not of the user) is marked/placed on the user. The spider moves immediately towards the foreign seal and devours it and becomes bigger in size. This specifically is meant to destroy the source of a sealing jutsu(like marks and tags) placed on the user only, instead of negating the effect of the seal itself. By sealing the external sealing source within himself via devouring, Arachne is able to neutralize a sealing technique. NOTE: Arachne leeches the user's chakra for it to devour sealing marks. The rank of the foreign fuin seals determines the amount of chakra Arachne leeches. 20 if the seal is B-rank and 30 if the seal is A-rank in nature. NOTE: Can devour a single fuin sealing marks/tag. However the user can sacrifice 20 chakra to repair/refresh Arachne's sealing ability. Refreshing Arachne can be done 2x per battle NOTE: Must be mentioned on bio about Arachne passive ability as Arachne is a tattoo that is drawn on the body before hand NOTE: By default, it is drawn on the user's back. But the user can spend 5 chakra to change its position. Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: N/A (-5 per tool/weapon) Damage points: N/A Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers. Note: Can summon up to 30 basic tools per sealing mark and can have up to 2 sealing marks. On the back of the left hand, Priest has the command seal. Rank: B Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: N/A Description: The user will have a seal that look like one of the symbols below (see spoiler) on either of their hands that will lie dormant until passively activated. The seal only works on jutsu that transform or are donned on the user's body and can only be activated whenever one of these techniques are in use. On activation of the seal, the seal become linked to any jutsu present on the user's body and serve as link between it and the user thus making the seal be the one sustaining the jutsu for as long as the seal remains un-destroyed. This does not however add any power to the jutsu in question as the jutsu can still be negated like normal. The only work of the seal is to make the jutsu remain if not destroyed though as long as the user is able to sacrifice his chakra sustaining the seal itself. The seal passively leeches 20% chakra per turn of the jutsu it is sustaining from the user, meaning if the seal is sustaining an A-rank earth armor, then the seal leeches 20% of 30 chakra per turn to keep sustaining the armor. The seal does not work on basic weapons or body armor, but can work on techniques that forms or mimics them. Works well with techniques like the hardening technique, lightning plasma ball, chakra cloak, etc. Also since the fuin is now the one sustaining the jutsu, the user now have access to use another jutsu/element if the jutsu in question restricts it beforehand. In escence this seal allows the user to keep the armor and focus on other chakras for the duration. Note: Can only be used on S-rank and below and it doesn't extend the duration of techniques (e.g. Plasma Ball would still last only last 3 turns) Note: Can only be used once per battle Note: Can not work on modes Priest further fortifies the seals on his body by infusing them with earth chakra. Rank: C Range: Short Chakra: N/A (+15 chakra to all of the user's seals) Damage: N/A Description: This is a passive ability that is applied to all of the user's seals that are always active or lie dormant on the user's body prior to a battle (essentially seals stated in one's biography). The sealing script of the Fuuinjutsu seals will be infused with one of the basic five elemental chakras to reinforce, strengthen and enhance them so to make their destruction or corruption more difficult. The seals will now respect elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will possess the strength of the chosen element up to their own rank. They will also be infused with 15 more chakra than normal and this chakra cost will be expended whenever the seals triggered or are activated. This technique doesn't make Fuuinjutsu techniques stronger or enhance them in any way, it simply makes the seals on the user's body/clothes/person harder to tamper with or destroy. If the seal's rank is boosted on activation, the strength of the sealing script will now reflect it's new rank. Alternatively, this technique can be passively applied to seals created in battle rather than those already placed on the user's biography. By infusing one of the five basic elemental chakras into the seal, the user can enhance and fortify the sealing script in the same way as the seals applied to the user's bio. It will now follow elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will possess the power of it up to it's own rank. The seal will also be infused with 15 more chakra than normal, which is the cost of applying this jutsu to this technique. This technique doesn't make Fuuinjutsu techniques stronger or enhance them in any way, it simply makes the created seal(s) harder to tamper with or destroy. In regards to being tampered with it or cancelled, both variants follow the elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will require non-elemental techniques (Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, etc) one rank higher than the seal in question for it to be successfully corrupted (e.g. S-Rank Fuuinjutsu required to tamper with an A-Rank elemental seal). Notes: Can only be taught by Venom Must be stated in the user's biography Must be posted at the beginning of a battle Must be referenced every time the alternative use is used Cant be used on the opponent Priest having created Vector Cobra, has the ultimate knowledge of how it works thus giving him maximum chakra control.
