The dialogue had reached a stalemate, words and intentions that could not be taken back was spewed out with no remorse, being a leader was more tasking than either party expected and their selfishness was about to be their downfall, my people first all parties screamed and just like that war was on the table, agree to our terms or we will take it by force, your conditions are hilarious, your clan is a stain in this world, accusations flew about, as a guard of my Kage I knew the time to act was soon upon me, I look to my comrades, this was one of the worse place to be right now but someone has to do the job and that someone currently is me, my arsenal was about to be tested, the other Kages also came with their escorts, who clearly had intent to kill should the need arise, the academy days are now far behind me, this is the real world, no happy endings just turns of life that can either make it or break it. Does this Lords know the lives in their hands, the danger they placed their clans in, the peace enjoyed for a while that could become undone. There I stood empowered but powerless to speak my mind since am sworn to duty, to protect my Kage regardless of what madness came out her mouth....

Description: The user first knead chakra through their body then perform a quick wide gap back step, as the user move backward they release the stored up chakra which leave a mass of earth chakra in the shape of the user's body, the chakra form would not take the distinctive features of the user just the borderline that is just the shape of the head, body and limbs, basically its a statue of the user. Then at the user's will they can convert this mass chakra into mud, the mud statue then act as a sticky trap. The mud statue would act as a glue sticking hard to the opponent hence restraining free movement and trapping them. The user can also toss the chakra mass at an enemy. When used as a projectile, the mass of earth chakra become near transparent like a ghostly figure making it hard for normal eyes to notice. When meet by an elemental jutsu, the mass of earth chakra simply act as a barrier.

Once the target is within close range, the user slams one hand on the ground, releasing a significant amount electricity along the ground and is shot upward below the targets feet in the form of a much larger vertical column of electricity. The lightning upon impact, lifts the target into the air before dropping them down. Furthermore, instead of slamming one hand on the ground, the user can choose to focus the technique into a weapon and throw them into the ground near the target and release it from there. Earth/Lightning Release: Demolition Man (Doton/Raiton: Torikowashi Ichi)

Description: This technique can be used to set traps or to destroy structures, especially targeting the weakened areas of the structure if there are any, and if the user knows where there are. After creating a shadow clone, the user does three hand seals and creates up to eight rock spheres of earth chakra (same size as a normal rasengan) that form and hover in front of the user and his/her clone. The clone then infuses lightning chakra into them while the user controls the spheres before either, directing these spheres and having them surround the user and clone or placing them on surfaces. When the spheres are placed on surfaces via mental command, the spheres are covered in adhesive mud for attachment. Anything that gets near these spheres, except for the user and his/her clone, has the lightning in the spheres transfer over to the target(s) and are electrocuted. By making the ram hand seal, the clone can remotely release the lightning from all the spheres or choose specifically one of the spheres to release its lightning (Counts as a D-rank).
• Can only be used three times per battle
• No above A-rank earth or lightning techniques next turn
• Making of the spheres counts as two jutsu

Description: This is an advanced form of ninjustu fused with "Earth Release: Mud shift" to give the mud statue "life", by life doesn't mean the ability to move, talk or form chakra but rather to respond to stimuli(chakra). The user weave a tiger hand seal and infuse their chakra into the mud statue by placing their hand on the ground, this grant the mud statue the ability to react to foreign chakra that come within its sensory range (short). At its will, once it detect a strange chakra it distort into a fluid state and spread outward to capture the foreign chakra and rail the chakra inward as it reform back into its mud state now with the target caught within it. An added bonus to this ability; the more the target struggle the more firmly it holds on to the target until the target is rubbed off life. While trapped, it feed off the trapped target chakra and feed it to the user (30 chakra points per turn) and it can spit out the trapped chakra for reasons termed as "danger" that is chakra either corrupt, poisoned or harmful toward the mud statue and user.
Restrictions:
۩ Must perform Mud Shift Technique beforehand.
۩ The ninja must be within mid range from the mud statue for the transfered chakra to be received.
۩ Can only be used twice per battle.

Description: Akipa is an autonomous puppet forged by Kurapika himself to deceive foe and friend alike. The puppet is a spitting image of Kurapika easily mistaken for a shadow clone, under the false skin Akipa is made up of layers of chakra saturated metals and rubber which prevents foreign users of both elements to manipulate Akipa's components. Unlike most autonomous puppets that have one central CPU, every section of Akipa's body has it's own backup processing unit which allows parts of Akipa to function independently even when detached from the main body. To further make him indistinguishable from Kurapika, Akipa is programmed with Kurapika's memories and personality. This allows him to effortlessly act and speak like Kurapika. Akipa is capable of using all non-bio specific Taijutsu and puppetry techniques and has inbuilt thermal and chakra sensors.

Akipa's batteries gives it a base 250 chakra pool which he can use to power his abilities. The chakra pool can be manually recharged by transferring chakra to it via physical contact or in the case of an enemy, Akipa can forcefully absorb 50 chakra through physical contact. To prevent damage from the more potent forms of chakra, the absorbed chakra is broken down before being saved in the batteries. Similarly to its CPUs, Akipa's batteries are also situated all over his body to allow detached parts have power to function and also to fool traditional chakra sensors (sharingan and rinnegan included) seeing as he'd also be sensed as a mass of chakra like his user.

Core ability:
Akipa can release chakra from his palm, his feet and his mouth. The released chakra can be in the form of a blast, a wave or even to form non-complex structures (A or S rank strength) e.g pillars/hands/tools etc that can travel up to longrange from Akipa. Due to the shape manipulation of the structures, they are neutral to all elemental techniques (Similarly to rasengan).
The released chakra can also be used as a propellant for Akipa to dodge attacks and/or initiate his own (A rank, adds +30 damage if used with a Taijutsu move), capable of taking him from short range to long range at 2 times his normal speed. Like normal ninjas, Akipa can passively walk on water/walls/ceilings etc.

Defensive ability:
Akipa is very durable due to its build up, Freeform attacks and C rank and below jutsus don't affect him. He has an S rank durability meaning he'll be knocked out after being hit with an S rank or 2 A ranks or 4 B ranks. However, should the attack specifically target only one part of his body(with the exception of torso or head), the other parts can continue functioning.

Note:
- At any point, the user can take manual control of Akipa using the puppetry chakra string.
- Rubber protects the puppet from all non-focused electricity A-Rank and below 3x per fight
- Dodging attacks with chakra propellant can only be done once a turn and it counts as a move.
- Recharging Akipa's pool (Both forms) can be done in the same timeframe as another chakra-related move however recharging chakra from opponent counts as a move.
- Due to his non organic mind, Akipa is immune to Genjutsu.
- Akipa's moves at the base speed of a jonin
- Akipa can also be carried in a scroll
- Takes up one of the user's auto puppet slots
- When used by another bio. This puppet is made in the bio's form and is programmed with the bio's memories/personality.

Description: After Dance of shikigami, Konan become almost immune to physical attack such when striked she can simply burst into papers to avoid damage, however she note that this wasn't enough as even if she evade or avoid, the opponent is still aware of her presence due to the papers floating around. This brought about Void of Shikigami, like the name "void" this technique physically turn her into nothingness that is in the eye of the opponent but to her, she shreds her paper both those on her and around into tiny sizes that can not be easily discerned by the naked eye unless with the aid of Doujutsu (Rinnegan, byakugan and 3T sharingan) or through sensory as the papers contain Konan's chakra thus her "nothingness form", but can still be vaguely seen. However this technique has a setback; the papers due to their sizes are unable to deal significant damage so in order to deliver damage the papers must first regain their original size by merging, the papers move at a faster speed than their original size, the papers speed can only be tracked through aid of visual prowess like Doujutsu and/or Sensory, but can still be seen vaguely with the naked eye. This technique is mostly used for evasive purpose. This technique can be applied to other paper techniques but the damage point will be reduced to C-rank regardless of the original rank of the technique. So in a nutshell this technique allow Konan to shrink and unshrink her papers at will. This technique (shred and merge) happen almost instant and count as a move using up one of the three jutsu slot.
Restriction:
* Must perform Dance of Shikigami beforehand.
* Can only be used three times per battle and lasts for two turns per use.
* Require a turn cool down before use again.
* Unable to use other techniques aside paper ninjutsu.

Description: Kenbunshoku Haki, is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. With enough skill, one can use this Haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or extremely brief (within a couple of seconds) "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". This lets the user somewhat keep up with someone even if they are no more than double the user's current speed. The user can see the attack coming and counter it, however the user cannot simply "dodge it". The user cannot dodge some weaker ones also if they cannot do so logically, example : Your opponent sends a huge fireball at you, you cannot simply dodge it for the fireball is too big, however, you can counter the attacks. The "dodging" motion is only usable if you're fighting a taijutsu user or if the attack is a small direct one. The user also does not since sense people by their chakra, however they do so by their "presence". Once activated it remains active for the duration of the turn but must be reactivated again.

(Aka no kukkī) Red Cookie

Description: AKA "Hisnabek" is a spear like weapon that was used by one of the old gods, C'Thun. By appearance it is identical to a spear but rather than a pointed edge blade at the head, it is replaced with a large flat rectangle blade and it's body to tail(handle) is made of purely earth, it has a normal spear range. Left alone Hisnabek is nothing more than an earthen staff until infused with natural chakra, it turns dense and hard as a steel making it able to withstand up-to B-rank elemental and S-rank non elemental attacks. On the body of Hisnabek is engraved with ninjutsu seals. This seals allow "Hisnabek" to possess a unique ability that allow it react on its own to chakra, it does this by connecting it's tail or body to its user vertebra column(like obito and madara did with the ten tails). When connected to its user chakra, Hisnabek can perform the following feat;
۩ The body(handle) can increase in length up-to long range and retract back, it can become as flexible as a whip allowing it to move irregularly and to bind the enemy. Also it is able to travel underneath the ground. It's extension and retraction speed depend on the range reached. For short range is 1 second and for long range is 5 seconds.
۩ From its body produce many small earth spikes to strike or defend against an attack and further shoot them out as projectiles. The earth spikes are C-rank and can only extend from the body up-to short range and shoot out up-to long range.
۩ It earthen body(handle) can merge with the clothing of the user acting both as a bulletproof and support medium that is like an armour; acting as a bulletproof it defend against attack up-to B-rank and as a support provide damage boost for the user's physical attack (B-rank). It cover the user from neck to the arm and feet. In this form the blade section of Hisnabek is at the back of the user's body but can be moved about along the user's body as long as the earthen section of the Hisbanek is there. The blade can extend out from the armour up-to short range to strike the enemy. Also the user's speed is not affected at a noticeable level.
۩ The user equip with the Hisbanek is able to perform up-to C rank earth release by waving or extending the weapon that is without hand seals.
Restrictions:
۩ Require mastery of Earth Release to use.
۩ Each of the Hisnabek ability (aside the revive ability) count as a move and require a turn cool down before it can be used again.
۩ The armour ability of the Hisnabek can only be used twice per battle and each usage last for 3 turns. It will cost user -10 chakra point to maintain usage.

CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY

Builder Bot

Description: The builder bot is a black rectangular shaped box the size of a modern cellphone. Lacking offensive and defensive capabilities, the bot is entirely supplementary in its nature. The user attaches it to other gadgets or technologies either by attaching it manually or by having the builder bot hover at lightning speed towards its intended target.

On reaching the intended target, the builder bot would fuse itself to the intended technology and fulfill one of 2 purposes depending on the user's command. For the user's or ally's tech such as Autonomous Puppets, drones etc the bot serves as a power booster working with the same principle as the chakra transfer technique albeit for technology. When the technology performs a jutsu/ability, the builder bot would passively absorb chakra from the technology and then infuse said chakra(+10) back into the technology to make the technique stronger (+20 damage /+1 rank or effectiveness).

If it is attached to a foreign tech, the builder bot would integrate itself into the technology's system making it impossible to detach/damage it without damaging the technology it's attached to in the process, while attached it would passively absorb chakra from the technology and then infuse said chakra(10) into the enemy technology when it's about to perform a jutsu/ability slightly disrupting the technique's formation. The chakra would be used to reduce the effectiveness of the opponent's tech jutsus (-20 damage/ -1 rank or effectiveness).


Note:
- The buff/nerf is passive and doesn't count as a move
- The nerf/buff only works on abilities that require chakra.
- Due to the nature of cyborgs themselves, both of the builder bot's purposes can be used on the cyborg's body although boosting their own techniques using the builderbot costs a move.
- Once fused to an enemy tech, the builder bot fully integrates into the enemy tech but can be removed through the usage of an A rank lightning technique.
- Takes 1 of the user's Scientific Ninja Tools and must be stated in bio.
- The user carries 2 of these however only one can be used on the user's/ally's tech.
