ِDoes Naruto need a power-up to fight Sasuke or vice versa?

no naruto has a time limit on bm mode and even the kyuubi has been shown to run out of chakra eventually. (which is odd because for majority of the seris I thought the tailed beast had unlimited chakra ). and sasuke has ems so his eyes wont be a problem but I dnt think sasuke has all the chakra in the world so their battle will mostly come down to chakra stamina with sasuke at a great advantage due to the fact that naruto has been fighting non-stop. This could change if sasuke
