She only has more chakra. Madara is on a whole different league. Even without Sharingan his Gokakyuu isn't affected a whole much.

Since when has sakura been shown using Byakugo?? furthermore her punches are deflected by gunbai, her damage is chakra based hence why gunbai deflects. Considering she's a close range fighter and has equal speed to madara, shes not going to get the space to summon

She can heal like Tsunade. We literally saw her activate Byakugo when both she and Tsunade summoned 10% Katsuyu, and Tsunade said two Byakugo users would should be enough to allow them to summon 1/10 of Katsuyu. Since when does summoning even need space? Since their speed is equal, Madara can't stop her from summoning Katsuyu, and Madara has no way of dealing with Katsuyu at all. His Katon will simply get doused with acid. That Gunbai is a threat though, which is why Sakura takes this with high diff instead of low diff. They'll probably stalemate depending on whether or not the Gunbai barrier can stop Katsuyu, as in that case, they'll have no way to hurt the other.
