Because of his awesomeness he favors tailored cloaks with nicely matching shirts and pants, but will dress for whatever the occasion allows, and always with what he considers the pinnacle of style. He is a virtuoso when it comes to dressing up and always finds appropriate ways to help him be disguised. As a medical ninja, he developed a special doctors laboratory coat that he wears at all times as his main attire paired with a wonky set of goggles that serve no real purpose, as of yet. Usually, while traveling and outside of combat he wears a heavy dark cloak that keeps him shrouded and out of sight from preying eyes. The heavy dark cloak is also rustic and somewhat dirty from his travels. All in all, although Barney is compulsively obsessed with cleanliness, he decided to swallow his pride in order for the ability to lay low because he is currently feeling unwell within his own body. ₪ Personality: His early life wasn't easy and as a kid he wasn't able to cope with the burden of the events he has been through. He never met his mother and he witnessed his fathers death which left deep scars on his personality. He never learned to control his feelings and thus he fell under their influence and he let them carry and guide him since he had no paternity figure to do so. A good part of his life he didn't know of anything other than hatred towards the world, because he blamed everyone for the death of his family. Throughout his youth, just one person was able to get to him, recognize the good in him and at least try to get him to his senses, his old sensei. As time passed he learned how to control himself, let the hatred go and become a ninja of highest skill. He learned what it meant to be a selfless, calm, caring and collected person, although from time to time his depressed dark inner self manages to escape out on the surface and express itself in horrendous ways. |

By being trained by Lili-Chwan, Barney had the chance to feel the dark side of Genjutsu. The torturing and mind controlling nature of those techniques synchronized perfectly with his dark inner self. He can perform the handseals for genjutsu, faster than usual. As a master of Surreal Palm, he is capable of awareness 1 rank superior than his normal rank, and, same wise, bypass the genjutsu layering rules up to 4 times per battle, also allowing him to use techniques 1 rank lower than normal to defend from a genjutsu. |

₪ Medical Fuuinjutsu Upon completing his Medical Fuuinjutsu training, he gained the complete mastery over the field. With this, he had the knowledge to create complex seals that were outside of scope of regular Fuuinjutsu. As such, he was also able to place a variety of seals onto his own body. Barney had the summoning tattoos on his wrists, for each respective summoning contract, which helped him summon his animals easier. Furthermore, he developed a special Seal of the Water God and turned his whole body into a vessel for it, in order to be able to manifest it anywhere on his body. Barney had one Gaseous Barrier seal on his left arm that protected him against various gaseous substances, when his awareness would fail, while also having the Imperial Guardian seal, which was an ultimate defense seal, developed to protect him when his eyes failed to do so. Finally, he had the Wintry Abode seal just below his collarbone, underheath the buttoned part of his cloak, which allows a quick release of the seal when necessary. Description: The seal of the Water God is a special seal developed for the purpose to aid the user in tough situations. The seal itself is a circle of kanji surrounding the kanji for "Divine" in the middle. The user himself is the seal and can manifest it in any part of his body he wishes. The seal only works against Water techniques and is a very good defense against them. The seal activates and draws in any nearby water technique into himself, storing both the water and the chakra it contained inside of it. The seal can then serve multiple purposes:
-Reverence of God: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to boost the damage of another water technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique, he does the handseals or rituals, needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is the water technique that the user performed with the addition of damage of the technique he had absorbed. The damage added is equal to the chakra points absorbed. Can be used 2 times.
-Divine Will: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to combo with another elemental technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique he does the handseals or rituals needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is an elemental combo of both water and the element of the technique he performed. The rank of the combo is equal to rank of the elemental technique used although becoming a dual elemental technique. Can be used 2 times.
-Touch of Drought: The user will manifest the seal in both his hands and absorb any nearby moisture or water into the seal in a mere moment. This can be used to negate weather patterns such as clouds or mist but also to make it harder to breathe or to drain water sources. This can also be used to, upon touching an enemy, induce a temporary dehydration to the enemy, making him stumble and lose focus as well as stamina and strength, as he feels dizzy and weak. The effects last one turn. Can be used 2 times.
Note: Absorbing a technique counts as a move and can only be done 3 times. Cannot absorb more than one at a time.

Description: This is an advanced Sealing technique, triggered by a Seal that's located on the left arm of the user's body that's written with a large Kanji letter "Absorption" this seal has some of the user's chakra already infused in it, the seal sends pulses of chakra around the user within Short range from him, once there's an invisible gas with chakra infused in it that's near the user, the Seal glows in a bright yellow color and activates, quickly forming an invisible barrier of chakra around the user's body, this barrier absorbs the invisible gas making it harmless to the user's body, another aspect to this technique is that when the barrier absorbs the invisible gas, the opponent wouldn't have any control over the gas that's being absorbed, meaning he cannot reshape it or cause it to explode due to the user's chakra being around it

Description: This technique is composed of a sealing formula that remains active until triggered, this sealing formula bears the Kanji letter of "ガ" or in literal meaning "guard" which is located on the user's upper arm. This sealing formula erects an invisible barrier that's made around the user at all times but does not actually cost the user a move until it activates, the barrier works by detecting the chakra of a fast incoming technique and deflects it, causing it to dissipate and leave the user unharmed, the barrier's deflection ability is only triggered by a fast moving technique, basically a technique that can't be tracked by normal eye sight and requires at least a Sharingan or similar means to track, the barrier that's around the user detects the speed once the technique collides with the chakra released from the barrier that's around the user and the sealing formula glows suddenly, causing the barrier that surrounds the user to repel the incoming technique within short range of the user.
Note: Can only be trigger twice per battle.

Description: Wintry Abode is a powerful sealing technique that is based on the premise that the user has the ability to manipulate an advanced element, specifically ice. It is a seal that is placed anywhere on the users body, with the help of medical knowledge. The seal is manifested as two kanji for water and wind, and when activated, they glow light blue in accordance to the color used to represent ice, although they most likely wouldn't be visible underneath the users clothes (depending on where the user manifests the seal). Within the seal, the user has sealed some of his ice chakra and it is molded and programmed to perform a specific task, once its activation parameters are met. These parameters require the user to be in immediate danger, from a water or wind technique. Once the techniques get into the close vicinity of the user, the seal activates itself, releasing a powerful surge of that specific ice chakra. Once the ice chakra gets into contact with either of the techniques previously mentioned, they get frozen. Furthermore, the special property of the ice chakra doesn't end there. Instead, as an instant process, the molecular structure of the newly formed ice is rearranged, forming a different lattice. Essentially, the molecules that are bound together to form a solid ice structure rearrange, forming many smaller ice crystals, which produce snow flakes, meaning that the frozen techniques, additionally, turn into snow. This in turn, renders those techniques useless, as they fall on the ground and the snow is left to the user for further usage. The ice sealed within the seal follows the strengths and weaknesses of the advanced element and the ice chakra sealed within is considered to be of A rank power.

₪ Curse Mark Transformation Currently, when Barney releases the Curse Mark, black water drops and snowflakes connected with thin lines spread from his left forearm and quickly envelop it, forming a net. As the drops, flakes and lines spread in a circular manner, they move from the arm, across his shoulder and along his neck, upon finally covering half of his face. As the end result, the kanji symbols for water (水) and snow (雪) form on the left corner of his forehead. (Ten no Juin: Ichi) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 1
When Barney undergoes a full transformation, he turns into an Argonian. Argonians are oviparous reptiles and as such they have gills on their necks and are covered in scales. They have very sharp reptilian teeth lining their mouths and when swimming they use their tails to propel themselves as they glide through the water. The tail is also used for balance when standing up. Argonians have a wide variety of cranial features such as fins, feathers, ridges, spines, spikes, or horns and they have swimming skin in between their fingers. However, the swimming skin doesn't hinder them from performing handseals since it is loose when the fingers aren't fully spread and used for swimming. The Argonian has a mixture of dark green, dark brown and grey colors along its body. As Barney transforms into the Argonian, his musculature expands and he gains about half a meter in height. It is worth to note that the additional height doesn't slow him down and in fact, as an Argonian, Barney is very quick on his feet. It is said that Argonians are enigmatic and intelligent, which makes them experts of guerrilla tactics, although with a horrendous and unfriendly personality.

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this state, the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +15 to his Taijutsu.
Note: Lasts until the additional chakra pool gained is dissipated.

(Ten no Juin: Ni) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 2

Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this state, the user gains +20 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +30 to his Taijutsu. His speed likewise increases, gaining a notable speed increase. Once it deactivates ( regardless of being willed or timing out ), it leaves the user unable to mold chakra above A-Rank or use Taijutsu and related fields above A-Rank for 2 turns. After those 2 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold.
Note: Lasts until chakra runs out or the user deactivates it, whichever is sooner.

₪ Custom Weapon During the isolation period within his den, Barney developed a special doctors cloak, tailored perfectly to his needs. The cloak used the finest materials and its parts were intricately woven together. He imbued the cloak with a special seal using his medical knowledge and he managed to replicate his own chakra system within the cloak, allowing it power itself on his own chakra circulatory system. Description: Horrible's Lab Coat is a special form of equipment used by certified medical ninja. The coat has many abilities, of which some rely and are based on medical knowledge. It is a white doctors coat that fits tightly around the user, with a row of buttons on the right shoulder, which are used to tighten the coat properly and to avoid it from being taken down or ripped off. The coat is imbued with a single seal of great power and diversity, used for generic sealing through advanced medical sealing knowledge. The seal is placed into the lining of the coat and it is invisible to the naked eye. The imbued seal only manifests itself in the chest pocket that the coat has, and it has the ability to seal anything put into it. For example, if the user puts living tissue, organic matter, etc into it, the chest pocket will recognize its composition and seal it into a container within the proper medium required to prevent it from decaying and deteriorating. Once an object is sealed through the chest pocket, the coat has the ability to store the sealed object until the user has a need for it. Visually, from the inside of the coat, the stored objects can be seen as drawn objects with their appropriate sealing formulae surrounding them. Essentially, it acts as a warehouse status and a library, allowing the user to know all the objects that are sealed within the coat and containing a variety of sealing scrolls for a multitude of purposes. Once the need arises, only the user can call forth of the sealed objects in the form of simple sealing scrolls that will slide through the users sleeve and into his hand. Furthermore, the coat removes the users need to carry pouches for various other ninja tools and weapons, which can be stored within the coat and slid through the sleeves. Sealing anything through the chest pocket counts as a move per turn and activating any sealing scroll counts as a move as well, depending on the technique that the scroll is used for. As such, techniques for scrolls would have to be posted separately. Due to these intricate abilities, the coat has a fully developed chakra system of its own, but it uses the users chakra in order to power itself. As such, it constantly drains the users chakra, nature manipulates it into sound release chakra and in turn it always pulses with it in very short intervals in a spherical fashion. The constant sound release chakra pulse has the ability to set the users own chakra on the right track, matching his original chakra signature and cleansing it from any disturbance, using the vibrations caused by the sound release chakra. Furthermore, the sound release chakra pulse reaches up to short range (5m) and it is invisible and harmless to the opponent, until the user decides to use it offensively. Once he does, at the cost of a technique per turn, the user can use the sound release chakra pulse to push away and render useless, anything within short range of himself. This ability has the power of an A rank sound release chakra pulse that can be seen as a white ripple, and as such complies with its strengths and weaknesses. Essentially, the sound release chakra pulse, purges through the technique or object, ridding it from the opponents chakra and control due to its high frequency and vibrations, and dissipates and crumbles it apart. However, this ability can only be used twice per battle and it can only push the opponent away, instead of harming him. Due to the constant sound release chakra pulse that reaches up to mid range, when not used offensively, the area is filled with the users chakra, thus why chakra sensors and Sharingan users can't precisely pinpoint the users location. They can only assess that the user is within the area filled with his chakra, essentially blinding them in a similar fashion to how the hidden mist justu blinds the Sharingan, when they use their advanced tracking abilities. Furthermore, the sound release chakra pulse has the ability to muffle all sounds that happen within the field affected by the pulse. The sound release chakra pulse reacts to the sounds and using the exact reverse frequency, cancels out the sounds, acting as a dead field for sounds. Due to the sound training, the user is aware of this change, and able to ignore the effect of the chakra pulse, allowing him to hear all sounds normally. Likewise, any other ninja with sound release training will be able to ignore these effects and hear all the sounds normally. At last, the sound release chakra pulse has the ability to report to the user the information when it gets into contact with an object or a living being, informing him that there's something within short range. This becomes useful to the user when his vision is impaired, and provides a great combination along with his hearing.

₪ Ninja Tools Assortment Barney has a wide assortment of kunai, shuriken and other various ninja tools stored in his cloak and they all have the Shadow Footsteps tags attached to them. As a replacement for ninja pouches, his cloak also stores various other ninja tools, such as scrolls, wires, smoke bombs, etc. Accessing these can easily be done by sliding them through the cloaks sleeves. Description: Shadow Footsteps is a complex technique that involves multiple fields of specialization in order to achieve its effects. To simplify the technique, in its essence it is a seal placed onto a paper tag that is attached onto kunai or shuriken with the purpose to release a sound that induces an illusion when activated. The paper tag looks like a regular explosive paper tag to any observer, but instead of the usual inscription it has the kanji for shadow (影) and footstep (足). Within the seal, the user has sealed a portion of his own sound chakra that is programmed to release the sound of a series of loud, running footsteps as the seal is activated. The key to activate the seal is simple. The thrown kunai or shuriken has to, basically, hit something (the ground, a tree, a wall, the opponent, etc) in order to activate the seal and to release the sealed sound chakra. The purpose of sealing the sound chakra into a seal and then throwing it away is to take advantage of the wast battlefield and the fact that the user can't be anywhere on the battlefield at the same moment. This technique allows the user, however, to produce sounds from all around the battlefield even when he's stationary in order to confuse the opponent and scare him into believing that he's being attacked by shadow clones or summons without ever seeing their actual creation. As the sound chakra is released as loud footsteps and the opponent hears their sound, he would be placed into an illusion. Within the illusion, the opponent would start seeing shadows blazing across the ground of the battlefield at great speed and the user would vanish from his sight in the chaos of the blazing shadows. The shadows would be paired with the sounds released from the seal in a true multidimensional fashion. This means that the opponent would see the shadows and hear their footseps from multiple directions, making it hard to concentrate and to focus on a single target. This confusion and chaos allows the user to take advantage and strike freely, while his real location and intentions are hidden from the opponent. The seal can be previously placed on the users arsenal but it needs to be stated in the biography. Although the user has the ability to throw a maximum of 4 weapons with attached seals with one usage of the technique, they wouldn't cast multiple illusions on the opponent simultaneously, nor would they increase the power of the illusion. Instead, each activation of the seal would cast over the previous illusion, essentially refreshing the illusion. This means that there can only be one active instance of Shadow Footsteps at any given time. Also, casting any other illusion while this one is active would end it because this illusion isn't susceptible to layering.
