Gwendolyn Ōtsutsuki has a very unique appearance compared to other members of her clan. She stands in striking contrast as a dark skinned woman with a large flowing wild black afro. However as like many members of her clan, she posseses two long white horns that protrude from her forehead. Her attire consist of an all white blazer jacket along with all white shorts and tank top along with a pendant. She carries with her a nodachi, which is held in a long sheath allowing it to also double as a staff.
Personality: Gwen has a very serious demeanor. She ruthlessly pursues her enemies until they have either died or surrendered. She always seeks a challenge and has no problem picking fights with those she deems worthy. She is fierce in combat, sometimes relying on pure instinct to fight and overwhelm opponents. Since Kaguya's ultimate defeat, she has become very interested in Earth and has set her sight on conquering the entire planet. Gwendolyn does however possess a compassionate side, to those she acknowledges as worthy, she tends to hold them in high regard and will go out of her way to support them.

Description: As the founders of the puppetry technique, the Otsutuski clan have made great strides in mechanical engineering which has allowed them to make various multi-purposed puppets. However, they've also made strides in the manipulation of these puppets, granting them the ability to utilize their puppets remotely and without the need for chakra strings. Otsutsuki shinobi are capable of embedding their chakra into their puppets to allow them to act on their own recognizance as pseudo-sentient beings, independent of the user's direct control. Because they are free enough to act independently they simulate robots or clones in this regard. As a result, the puppets are free to move about at much longer ranges than they would under the control of chakra strings. However, due to the advanced chakra manipulation required for this technique, the user cannot cannot use any sort of clone jutsu whilst their chakra fuel the puppets. The user can control up to 3 puppets in total with this technique and can maintain it as long as their chakra allows them to.
Note: Puppets used under this technique have the same freedom of movement as any other sentient being (clones, summons, shinobi, etc).
Note: For humanoid like puppets, aside from their mechanized capabilities, they are allowed to use ordinary, non-chakra oriented taijutsu.

Background Info
History:
Not much is known about Gwendolyn, it was only after the defeat of Momoshiki and his father Kinshiki did she take a interest to the creatures on Earth and traversed from an unknown dimension ending up in the forested regions of Konoha. As she traveled throughout the forest, she could not help but to be amazed at the creatures that occupied this land. However, she was not aware this region had been occupied by the ferocious beasts as well. As she traveled deeper into the forest she stumbled into a remote portion that was guarded by large animals. The animal barked and soon Gwendolyn found herself surrounded. "What are you doing here?!" barked one of them. The large animals were very intimidating, and with her Byakugan, Gwen could see these were no ordinary animals. Impressed, she stood tall and announced herself. "Hello, I'm Gwendolyn." she stated. There was one animal that stood out to her, a dog with red fur and black spots. "We are the High Breeds, we protect this lands from outsiders. "Go back to where you came from and we won't rip you to shreds". Finding this hysterical, Gwen proceeded to laugh. How dare these animals, think they could subjugate her. Quickly defeating them as they turned on her, she would become their master and eventually learn of their origins. Gwen spent months in this remote forest, until one day she encountered Anbu Junior. He was also chosen by the High Breeds as a master, and Gwen would eventually become friends and he would also train her in the Inuzuka clan's techniques allowing her to forge a deeper bond with her Ninken.

大筒木一族 | Otsutsuki Clan
A prominent trait of Gwen is her relatively high longevity it is currently unknown how old she is due to this factor. While individuals like Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and a few others have lived for centuries, due to them consuming chakra fruit, Gwen's longevity isn't as great. However, she has still lived a reasonably long amount of time while maintaining her youthful appearance and energy. Aside from her longevity, Gwendolyn's chakra prowess is much greater than ordinary shinobi, giving her 500 additional chakra points. This is due to the natural power she possessed even before chakra. As the creators of puppetry, she has studied her clan's technology and has advanced knowledge in mechanical engineering, capable of creating various types of mechanized puppets. Interestingly, instead of chakra threads, they remote control their puppets using their own power essentially making them function like robots. Otsutsuki Clan members are also natural wielders of the Byakugan. As an Otsustuki she is capable of activating the doujutsu passively.
(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

犬塚一族技術 | Inuzuka Clan Techniques
As an honorary member of the Inuzuka clan, Gwen has greatly enhanced senses. By concentrating chakra to her nose and ears her sense of smell is amplified to an even greater extent, allowing her to detect, track, and monitor targets from a fair distance away granting her a 1.5x passive bonus to sensing living beings. Along with her aggressive personality, sharp nails and teeth it makes her hand-to-hand combat potentially more dangerous, gaining a passive +10 damage to Taijutsu involving the hands. She currently has a single Ninken by her side. Chosen during her encounter in the remote regions of Konoha's forest, her partner's name is Sweet Boy. He is a red and black dog that appears to be a mix of a St. Bernard and wolf with the marking of a panda due to his High Breed lineage. He carries a small barrel on his neck which houses a small assortment of ninja tools. She has also signed the Dog Contract, allowing her to summon various powerful ninken when needed to her aid.

Description: After decades of research and selective breeding the High Breed were born, the High Breed, bred to be genetically superior to all other Ninkens immediately displayed talents that completely overshadowed that of lesser breeds from a young age. High Breed's are born with a more robust constitution, resulting in them being larger, stronger and faster than other breeds. They also look far more wolf-like as a result of their wolf-rich bloodline. High Breeds display savage intellect, and are capable of exercising great cunning and problem solving abilities; and as a result of their advanced intellect they have gained the ability of articulation. Other talents include a healing factor, senses twice as strong as a normal Ninken's, and a greater synergy with their Inuzuka counterparts; resulting in fusion and transformation techniques used with a High Breed being a third larger, with time-limited fusion techniques having their duration increased by two turns. However High Breed's have been known to reject their Inuzuka counterparts, entering into a faux relationship for a time, and then turning on their paired Inuzuka the moment they have grown large enough to kill their ill-suited partners. As a result the High Breed were kept secret and many voted for their extermination, but in the end they were merely banished into the woods of Konohagakure, kept alive in case the clan should have need for them in the future. However, should a High Breed fully accept an Inuzuka a most curious phenomenon will occur in which both the High Breed and Inuzuka will become mentally linked, capable of sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences with each other, with such a deeply intimate bond being the absolute apex of a Inuzuka and Ninken bond. A High Breeds ability to 'smell' chakra is also unprecedented, far outstripping that of Ninken such as Akamaru as they are capable of accurately gauging the strength of opponents and techniques among other things. (To be explored further in techniques). Lastly, as a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create High Breeds, many High Breeds have experienced genetic mutations, some more simple, such as heterochromia, others more noticeable such as having multiple tails, a paw that's far larger than others, exceptionally long claws and so on. The High Breed also hold a greater affinity to chakra than normal Ninken, ensuring that they excel at walking on water, tree climbing and chakra based Inuzuka techniques, with their actual chakra being dense and bountiful, holding a chakra supply equal to half of their Inuzuka partner and also possessing an affinity towards at least one element. (A high breed cannot use Ninjutsu or elemental Taijutsu (Aside from Inuzuka techniques of course) by default, instead their supposed affinities are there to be explored in future techniques).

Nature Transformation
Gwendolyn has obtained great understanding and mastery of both the Lighting and Fire elements. She is capable of generating a large amount of lighting chakra quickly with the use of a single handseal to overwhelm her opponents. She supplements this with proficient use in the fire element allowing her to generate large amounts of the element in a relatively shorter amount of time.
