Ōtsutsuki Clan

The Ōtsutsuki Clan (大筒木一族, Ōtsutsuki Ichizoku) is an ancient clan originating from another world, having arrived to the Earth over a thousand years ago. Several members of this clan have heavily influenced both the shinobi and the world at large with their actions having shaped the world into what it is today. Kaguya Otsutsuki arrived to the earth and gained the power of chakra which she used to unify the world and later generate even greater chaos. At the defeat of Kaguya by her son's Hagoromo and Hamura, her body and chakra were both sealed off, with the latter being sealed in the moon. Hagoromo, known as the Sage of Six Paths remained on earth while Hamura and the rest of the clan went to the moon to guard Kaguya's body.
A great deal of the clan is still shrouded in mystery, especially concerning their abilities, however, it is presumed that the Otsutsuki were the original holders of the Byakugan and the creators of the Puppetry technique. While specific key members of the clan have been demonstrated to possess many of the powerful kekkei genkai attributed to most other clans, it does not appear as though such abilities are prevalent in all of them. One ability, however, which seems to be distinct and unique to the Otsutsuki clan is the Tenseigan. The Tenseigan is a dojutsu that is said to be the evolution of the Byakugan that can only arise in members of the Otsutsuki clan who possess the Byakugan. Because of members like Momoshiki and Kinshiki, who have lived for centuries, the members of the clan appear to possess great longevity which allows them to retain their youth and power much longer than humans. Considering they themselves aren't human, the Otsusuki clan possess very distinguishing physical characteristics such as their pale white skin, horns and the white eyes of the Byakugan.

Abilities:
- A prominent trait of the clan is their relatively high longevity. Otsutsuki can live up to 1000 years old, maintaining their youthful appearance and energy at this age.
- Otsutsuki Clan members gain a +1 Bonus VIT AP unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply. Otsutsuki techniques utilize the MIND attribute for damage.
- As the creators of puppetry, they also have advanced knowledge in mechanical engineering, as they are capable of creating various types of puppets. Interestingly, instead of chakra threads, they remote control their puppets using their own power essentially making them function like robots.
- Otsutsuki Clan members are also natural wielders of the Byakugan. This doesn't allow them access to the Gentle Fist, however.
- They are capable of advancing these eyes to the Tenseigan.
Custom Otsutsuki Bio Restrictions:
- Can be made at Academy Student rank
- Ōtsutsuki Clan members all wield the Byakugan but cannot make use of Gentle Fist jutsu
- By default, all Ōtsutsuki Clan members have Puppetry as their Advanced Ninjutsu.
- They're able to use Puppetry in either Chakra Threads fashion or through Remote control.
Advanced Custom Otsutsuki Clan Bio (Tenseigan) Restrictions:
- Requires Skills Test and Ability Mission or Battle Test.
- Have access to the special Tenseigan dōjutsu and it's techs.
