Lmao the kid i responded this to private messaged me and was like hurr durr durr he has the summoning on his arms. An oro without arms can't even move his arms. Is he gonna bite his tongue and use his foot to spread the blood? This is why Kabuto had to do it for him.

he can summon but not Manda (against rage mode Naruto he summoned a sanjuu rashoumon)
though I agree that Oro gets soloed to the point that it's not even funny
