Not at all. Unless Onoki flies Ay rips him to shreds. However, flight takes chakra. Ay can keep his Raiton shroud down to V1 or even off until Onoki attacks and then use V2 to dodge Jinton.

Onoki will run out of chakra and land.

Anyways.. I think you underestimate Ay's speed a lil bit... A speedblitzed MS Sasuke, a sharingan user who could not follow him with the eyes. Imagine how screwed Oonoki would be since when you can't see your oponent, the last resource is using a high defence thechnique (like earth golem) But that wouldn't work since Raiton > Doton.. So

-Oonoki can't keep up with Ay's speed, seriously he wouldn't even see him if a sharingan user couldn't

-Onoki needs a defence thecnique, But lightining > any doton technique

-Onoki can fly, but his chakra is not as much as Ay's (biju lvls acording to Karin)

-Onoki can't touch Ay... If a dodged Amaterasu he can dodge Jinton

-Onoki can't outnumber Ay since he hasn't shown the ability to make clones

Ay wins

Ay has to take this, elemental advantage and he is faster. After a few jinton and other tricks he would be out of gas.

However, Onooki is a thinker and Ay tends to not think before acting but does it really matter under these circumstances.
