Your logic is flawed because we know the consequences of the sun and that's for everybody.

We know Naruto's been placed under genjutsu and We know the rinnegan grants the 6paths.

Nobody has been in a similar situation as Kushina so the point doesn't apply. If somebody had gone through the same process and died straight away the we could accept that. The fact an uzumaki went through it and didn't survive in the end. And another uzumaki pretty much turned into a corpse(Naruto) negates this assumption.

It's like me saying the Senju have a strong body therefore their body is stronger/more durable than the 3rd raikages by default. If you can't see the flaw with that argument then I can't help you.
