Ōkuninushi’s Peak
Ōkuninushi’s Peak contains some of the tallest and steepest mountains of the region and is home to few people as a result. It is, however, the location of an ancient monastery made exclusively of white stone. Luckily it seems to have survived Abzu's Cataclysm. The only path there is a treacherous mountain path cut into the very rock. The monastery encircles a small lake, which the monks there claim possesses healing properties.

Hoshkar, like his name alludes to, was the Pantheon’s Stargazer, one who observes the cosmos. Yet his gaze would one day turn from fascination to obsession, driven mad as he tried to peer deeper and deeper into the cosmos. Until one day, something stared back.

Description: Vioren was Queen-Consort to Bahamut, the chief draconic deity of Basel’s homeworld. Vioren is a mighty she-dragon and the one responsible for birthing the lesser draconic divinities, like Erenkyl. She was slain by Basel and later consumed by the Dragonkin in a profane ritual to subsume her strength. But in her prime, it was said that she was a majestic dragon unmatched in love and kindness. Now but a shell of her former self: an embodiment of rage, grief, and insanity.
