I walk down the old staircase, holding a wood torch, carefully examining the sides of the wall with intense bright flames. They were old, very old.. Some markings sketched on the hand rail to the left and an old brick wall coated with tar and yellow faded paint to the right. It didn't smell pleasant, but the urge for an adventure and lust for mystery was drawing be towards the bottom of this temple. From out side it was a completely destroyed temple with barely any pillar standing, but the alter in the middle had secret passage which led me to these staircase.
The scriptures and drawings on the wall stated that this was some sort of light, probably knowledge based place. Light was signifying learning, and it shown from different books as the carefully carved people held them high addressing the mankind. They all held very deep meaning and were extremely fascinating. I never thought a place like this could exist in these ruins. As i climbed down, the structure became more and more artistic. I placed my torch in one of the holders to the right and as the flames touched the inside the ignited all other holders, illuminating the room with light.
And In the middle of the room I saw a marble structure, carved in a shape of a very small deep fountain, which was not active. From far i could not see what was in it, so i head forward and saw that it had a very old damaged piece of cloth inside it, and on it rested a book. I grabbed the book from that marble structure and dust it off. It had weird scrip written on it, but this was far more clearer than any of those on the wall. The script had prominent slashes and strokes, i took out my language guide and started comparing the script with one other ancient languages, and it perfectly matched. The title of the book said: "We All Have Dreams"..
And then i felt that the land shook, and...
