I agree with this list right here. well except for 7-10, Not because I disagree, but because it is really hard to decide which order I would place these 4 as they are someone all on par with each other to some level.

But other than that. This list seems legit to me

Well Itachi was Edo. and was aided by Sasuke. Even as an Edo, Itachi got caught in Kabuto's/Tayuya's sound genjutsu (genjutsu of all things) If Sasuke wasn't there to help break each other free the fight might have ended there, being cut in half and impaled by stalagtites and stalagmites notwithstanding.

Also Itachi's chakra use would have been limited as well if he had been alive. So in the case of Kabuto/Itachi it really is legit to put either of them above each other given the scenario. Let's say this:

Sage Mode Kabuto> Itachi

Edo Itachi> Sage Mode Kabuto

I wouldn't say neg diff...
He knew how to get out of it and he & Sasuke did so within a few seconds. But if Sasuke weren't there, Itachi would probably have clones on standby to break him out of it & he's also shown to know genjutsu reversal techniques (but if he did that in his fight w/ Kabuto, it would take too long to first break himself out and then Sasuke, they were better off just genjutsuing each other at that moment.)

ot: DSM Kabuto is stronger than alive Tobirama, alive Minato, and alive Itachi. Those 3 only give him a run for his money when they are edos. U_U
