Boruto can now use Wind Rasengan, which I guess I forgot Naruto created that jutsu first. Boruto has a new rasengan, which he compress it to make it more powerful. Kakashi helped with Boruto training and later on Shikadai and his friends helped Boruto with his training.

Couldn't Boruto infuse lighting element, since he does it like it is second nature and have a shadow clone infuse wind element at the same time.

It looks like Boruto new rasengan to compress it has a huge risk, which can blow up his arm so he can't use it recklessly. I wonder why Boruto can't combine a element to his compressed rasengan, so he can throw it. By adding lightning or wind, he is able to throw it.
