I doubt it, all he has to do is move away from the kunai while Minato's expending chakra. He doesn't really need to do anything a chidori Nagashi(all round defense/offense) cripples Minato alongside a genjutsu like the on on KB and it's GG. If Minato has KCM then it'll be more difficult for Sasuke.
