    That's false. When someone takes their fighting style seriously their body acts independently when defending themselves, in other words your reflexes will increase. That's if someone takes their training seriously & I address the firearms situation when I first posted this.

    For the most part, it takes time to be really skilled, especially Muay Thai. I know some moves like. Elbow Knee to the stomach Teep However, I don't have too much experience in it I do have a bluebelt in TKD and Shotokan Karate. like Muay Thai footwork matters & so does having a good block...
