It depends on the setup and structure of the game. In some cases it's imminent to announce the ability. In some cases, it isn't, depending on different factors.

If you're interested in hosting your game, you have to enter the queue by filling the form in the calendar thread and then submit the setup to any of the game managers if you're not on the list of approved hosts.

I personally don't have anything against any setup as long as it's balanced and we meet the opening post requirements of announcing unpredictable mechanics. As a player, I like diversity so we can relax on that rule a bit.
