Correct, since you're going HA/KG, you can't have an Advanced Ninjutsu. And it's running speed not overall speed, that's an important difference. If you dropped LWs, you could fly at that speed as well. As for the Puppet Cursing, you can learn it, I just missed it because it's sandwiched...
