Are there any clues in manga that when did Madara die? I believe he died around second shinobi war. Because it was the time when Nagato got training from Jiraya and had the Rennigan.

The reason for asking this question is that the man who fought 4th started bleeding when got hit, which is different from the current masked man, who didn't bleed against Konan and Fu. Does it mean the one who fought was Madara or someone else? He was definitely not zetsu.
