about the power that itachi gave to naruto:i think it's some kind of genjutsu that will show sasuke the truth about their clan or sth,still i'm not sure! and sasuke will return to normal at last that's for sure but the important thing is the cost!

i do think that his susanoo will become stronger,but if u remember during his fight with itachi,itachi said that when madara gained his EMS he had gained some new powers,i'm talking about those powers
