well that would of been the case, but he was almost killed by Konan. Why not use his EMS rather than using Izanagi and losing one of his eyes forever?

Did I miss something from the manga/anime but everytime he used his sharingan its the regular 3 tomoe. Does he still have it, and hasn't had a reason to use it? (I thought EMS is a permanent thing). Did he lose it fighting the 1st? hmmmm...any thoughts?

couple things: 1. I don't think "killing your best friend" is the only way. I think the idea of "killing your best friend" is ONE WAY of channeling enough chakra (through hatred in this case, just like there's multiple ways of becoming a super saiyan lol). Kakashi may have simply found another...
