aside from not making anything in ages this is a quick PSD tut 4 one of my friends... NO i did not use Topaz only blur/High Pass and burn & dodge YES it did turn out a bit too dark maybe i shouldnt have pointed that out cause usually when i do that people only quote on that and NO i dont like...
