I think Naruto will be with someone from another village. In order to keep the Sakura and Hinata fans semi-happy, Kish needs to have Naruto fall for someone else and have Hinata and Sakura go on to lead happy lives with someone else. Plus Sakura wouldn't be with Naruto anyway because she sucks.
