    Do the tailed beast have a bit of chakra from the sage

    I ask this because whenever a person becomes the juubi's jinchuriki they get a staff that seems to represent their hearts. Like Obito received the Sun part of Hagoromo’s staff. While Madara received the Moon part of it.
