I was just wondering recently if there was any way to make Elemental ninjutsu relevant with there being chakra avatars and ninjutsu absorption. For stuff like water, earth, and fire, I just can't see it having any real effect anymore. The only thing I could think of is the giant chakra avatars...

Could Sasuke use his Enton ability of his Mangekyou Sharingan, which controls the shape of his Amaterasu, to control regular fire from a distance? Usually in the show, fire is molded in the body then expelled while it maintains its shape, but could Sasuke theoretically spit out a Grand Fireball...
