If you were Tobirama and you are to choose the next Hokage, would you choose Hiruzen also or would you select Danzo instead? Personally, I think that Hiruzen is stronger in terms of ninjutsu and etc.., but Danzo seems to be more qualified to rule and lead a ninja village.. Hiruzen is too soft...

I guess he's low Kage at best... without ET, he doesn't have an impressive offensive jutsu, he's got good deffensive skills such as Rashomon and triple rashomon but I don't think it can protect a whole village, he's hard to kill... that's all but he can be sealed, I hope he still have something...
