So after I read yesterday's chapter something came to my mind. He has rinnegan! Why he's not using it? He could absorb Naruto's rasengan... Plot no justu? I think Tobi can't use rinnegan and sharingan at the same time. If he wants to use rinnegan jutsus, he must stop using s/t jutsu...
