Nah I got it. Nobody in the village can cut their own hair, including the barber himself, because hes included in "all". He can cut everyone else hair, but not his own. Which is contradictory, because he should be able to cut his own hair. BUT if he should leave the village to go look for...

Ok so If you are in the village then you cant cut your own hair. Only the barber can cut the hair of everyone in the village but then who will cut his hair since he cant so it himself. He has to get his haircut from someone who doesnt live in the village. Booyah
