Is it thou valhalen? Yes in this game, tie meant no one gets lynched. But what comes after lynch phase? A night phase. Kira team kills another task force member and the teams are all tied and they win.

If you tie out, the Kira team wins, like what are you doing?

How the hell have L and Shinigami been surviving till now without taking out even 1 Kira team member?

Indeed. Games into a decline after May 2014. One thing i have noticed in these games is that the good special roles don't really make much effort. Kira team usually gets away with it quite easily.
