Ansatsuken, we have Madara and his Akatsuki, the eavesdropping character (probably Oro) and the one outside the village. It's obvious that there it's one more evil except the Akatsuki.

Like Konno pointed, we are lucky that Orochimaru/Sagebee didn't have the chance to use his ability to recruit for the cult. For the end of the day 1 i have many questions and I hope we will understand what happened.
