honestly anyone with decent space time techs should be able to go against him very well.. but since not many have space time techs then as of right now yes kakashi is the only 1 that can probally harm obito thnx to the fact they share the same eye power

definetly either minato or itachi ... minato because of his genius and he generally cares for the village and is a very powerful ninja aswell as has a load of sealing jutsu's which can prove to be very useful not to mention he can get to just about anywhere in a flash this being very useful...
