Yes a theme is given every month, but a theme is just a theme, you can put whatever spin you want on it whether it will be dead serious or a comedy, but it has to follow the story premise. You can't really pre-write something for it, if that's what you're asking. That was the old days' format...

In the old days you had to at least try in order to get in the contest... But at the end of the day, people vote for what they want these days, and so did they back then too. So no one was ever really refused if they penned something seriously and not just gibberish. Not like it's buzzing with...

How many entries have you gotten so far Dan, and how many do we actually need at least to kick this thing off, lol. I'll be writing a piece this weekend regardless but if there's too few participants even after an extension, if so needed, I'll release it for fun instead I guess.
